We were introduced to Alison through our real estate agent. It was an excellent recommendation and perfectly suited to our needs and personalities. We engaged Alison to design and construct a home gym, a second basement office, and to refresh a couple of other rooms. Alison and her team delivered (and frankly, exceeded our expectations) on timeliness, value, and most importantly, design and functionality. There were no surprises with Alison: what she promised is what we got. She was also very quick to understand our "style" and got a good sense of (and respected) what we were willing/not willing to spend. We would not hesitate to use Alison again and thoroughly enjoyed working with her.

Alison and her team were excellent in staging our house. In the time of Covid, they had clear, precise instructions on how they were going to keep us and themselves safe. Their directions on what we had to do to help stage were clear and achievable. Great communication and attitude. They made the house look wonderful, we sold higher than asking; in large part to their effort I have no doubts.

We came upon Alison when she was hired to stage our home that we put up for sale through our real estate agent. Her staging was so great that I know we should hire her to help us with our new home. I was starting fresh - threw out all our old furniture and had no idea where to begin. Alison came in (during covid no less) and helped us plan each room to let us have the most storage space and find new furniture to fit each room. Her vision and measurements were done exactly as planned. Her connections to suppliers were great. I love the quality of our new things. We did full new cabinetry on our main floor and it turned out so well. I have more storage now than I ever had. Alison assisted with hanging our art work in the right places, had so many good samples to choose from and was so flexible with all my requests. I could not imagine doing what we accomplished without her.

Alison is a dream to work with! She staged our home in preparation for its sale, resulting in a highly successful outcome. Alison provided us with clearly articulated lists of to-do's for each room, making a potentially overwhelming project feel manageable. Any questions we had were answered promptly and in a supportive manner, and whenever we sent a photo of a task we had completed from our to-do list, Alison joyfully cheered along with us. My family and I were really impressed with her artful integration of the pieces of furniture we already owned with the new pieces she brought in for the staging; the rooms all looked gorgeous, coherent, and lived in, as though our home came from the pages of Architectural Digest! All of this was done within our relatively modest budget, without a single instance of feeling pressured to do more than we could afford. We were so happy with Alison that we asked her to help us with the interior design of the new home we purchased, and once again, she delighted us at every turn: listening to what we wanted and picking up on what excited us, then skillfully helping us to realize our vision of our new home. In short, Alison is a gem of a designer and a wonderful human being!

My husband and I first met Alison when she staged our house for the Julie Kinnear Team over a year ago. We noticed right away that Alison had a keen eye for the fine details of our home as she artfully blended our own furnishings with items from her inventory to achieve a look she wanted to display for her team and the sale of our home. Her suggestions and small touches were thoughtful and impressive. Working with Alison as our interior decorator was a wonderful experience. Alison did as much or as little as we wanted. She listened and patiently guided the process without ever being pushy or opinionated. She was more like a partner in the process than a service provider. She was always approachable and offered honest and expert responses. Her contacts and suppliers were first class and the discounts they offered truly offset her fees. Alison worked within our budget and her ideas were not always the most expensive option. In fact, she often guided us towards excellent cost saving options. We enjoyed our shopping excursions with Alison, aside from being fun to be with, her expertise narrowed down choices and saved so much time and stress. We couldn't be happier with your new home and the work Alison put into it. We look forward to working with Alison again in the future. I was skeptical about hiring a designer as I thought we could do it ourselves. Hiring Alison is the best decision we made by far, she was incredible and was the reason our main floor reno went so well. I learned that the great thing about hiring a designer is that they get discounts from suppliers and their fee ends up being offset by the discounts. Alison has terrific relationships with an amazing contractor, electricians and painters....our project was on time, on budget, nuff said.

We hired Alison from Stage 73 Design to help re-design our house as part of a large renovation project. Our family is absolutely thrilled with the results and would definitely work with Alison again! Alison has impeccable taste and design vision. She is also a great listener and is very flexible - as a result she was able to accommodate the requests from all family members in a cohesive way throughout our fairly large property. The results are stunning! I can't say enough good things about Alison's work and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a thoughtful talented designer.

I hired Alison to work with me on my kitchen upgrade. Not only did she come with great and fresh ideas, she was fun to work and shop with. She was really good at finding my style and building it into the choices she suggested for me. She listened to my ideas (stripes!) and would come up with a suggestion that was ten times better. When it came time to pick a wallpaper, I didn't have to sit in a store getting overwhelmed by book after book. She gave me twelve she thought would work for me and I had a wallpaper picking party with some friends. The bonus was, she came with her own team of great people. From the cabinet makers to the construction team, they were all professional, respectful and great to work with. I feel blessed that my job went so smoothly, and I believe a lot of that is because of Alison's great skills.

We met Alison at the recommendation of our real estate agent , Julie Kinnear, before we we put our house for sale. Alison was amazing! She has a laid back, easy going personality. No airs or arrogance. We have nothing but incredible praise for her talents, creativity and professionalism--and that includes the opinion of my skeptical and cynical husband. She was thoughtful in her staging assessment of our home, incredibly respectful of our house and its attributes, and keen to capitalize on our personal home style. Upon staging, our home looked fantastic. We loved the vibe she created. My mother even suggested that we not sell/move and keep all the staging. I was in agreement but it was time to move on. I recommend Alison highly. Five stars.
