A first time in-home consultation has a minimum fee of $250.00. This is for an informative consultation with a designer. (a visit to view project needs and provide a cost to complete a project has no cost). Depending on the scope of the project, an interior project can go up to 700,000 or more. It depends on client needs and budget. For example, a complete kitchen remodel with an addition and custim cabinetry would cost much more than a room refresh.

Karen of Creative Design Concepts did a fantastic job on my Condo remodel. We ripped out the kitchen walls and opened up the living space to become a 26'x 26' open concept great room. The job was very cost efficient and Karen coordinated all of the subcontractors, and permits. I also worked with her on the entire design, cabinets, furniture, flooring and art and accessories. I strongly recommend Karen.

Karen is one of the most unique, creative, kind, patient, and talented individuals I have ever met! Every room she has designed has turned out so beautiful and custom. She is such a pleasure to work with and makes the design process fun and fulfilling. Karen is reasonably priced and, did I mention, TALENTED! She works with so many vendors which makes for so many options when designing a space. She understood my unique sense of style and wasn't offended if I didn't like something she presented to me. It only helped her to narrow down even further what would not only work in that space, but also be something I really liked. What I love about Karen is she gets to know YOU as a person so your home or space can reflect who you are. From cat rooms to custom bedrooms, Karen has and will continue to be the only person I will trust with making my home a home. :)

I was managing a large project moving our law firm from a 2000 sq ft location into a 6500 sq ft location. I was referred to Karen at Creative Design Concepts for help with flooring and color selections, as well as space planning and new furniture selections. Karen was easy to work with, and made the process enjoyable. She provided her expertise in the areas of the project where we needed help. She listened to our needs and objectives, and offered options while working within our budget. She was generous with her time and talents, and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. I enjoyed working with Karen and the other members of her team. I would recommend her for any interior design project, as her service, friendliness and design skills are all top notch!

I recently moved into a new home, had large rooms and walls to fill and some existing furniture pieces that weren’t working for me. Karen of Creative Design Concepts Inc. helped me select new furniture, window treatments, redo some existing furniture and select a painting for that very large wall. She also suggested placing the existing furniture I had in other places. The rooms have finally come together and the comment that I hear from family and friends is “WOW.” Karen is very creative and has a warm, engaging personality which made it easy for us to work together. To summarize, she listened to my ideas, explored options, offered creative suggestions, stayed within my budget and achieved a great end result. VERY PLEASED!!!
