As we embarked on our long overdue kitchen renovation, friends of ours recommended Coastal Cabinets as a choice to purchase cabinets and counter tops. The experience from start to finish was friendly and professional. Karen and Madison Young, our designers, were readily available to give much needed advice and guidance through what appeared to be an intimidating process. Overall, the process was not challenging at all because of Karen and Madison's expertise in cabinet and counter top selection and design. We would highly recommend Coastal Cabinets for kitchen renovations.

Extremely painful experience with this company.
To summarize:
- Delays, Delays, Delays,
- Poor customer service. Sales reps don't get back to you.
-Estimates for deliveries are way off. I ordered 1 extra cabinet in early December scheduled for delivery 1st week of January. It's now Feb 2 and I still don't have it and this is holding up my project
-They've been in business for 30 years but the customer service provided surely does not reflect that.
I will not be purchasing the rest of my cabinets from them.
My GC tells me that his other customers aren't dealing with the same delays that I'm experiencing.
At this rate, my project won't be completed until March April timeframe.

Well from start to finish the customer service and professionalism I received from Coastal Cabinet works was hands down unbeatable.
The prices are very reasonable for custom cabinets...but not cheap...if you want cheap cabinets that won’t last then look somewhere else. These cabinets are solid and built to last!
The quality and the craftsmanship was very impressive. Designer Jessica was amazing and I was extremely happy with the cabinets and my overall project came out amazing thanks to beautiful custom cabinets :)

I highly recommend using Coastal Cabinets... we worked with Karen. She was so patient with my wife and I. Anyone who's ever remodeled a home knows it can be fun, but equally as stressful. Karen was so easy. Never once did we feel as if we were bothering her with all of our alteration or possibilities for design. We went back and forth many times about layout, etc. She was very knowledgeable of her products and had a good eye for how a proper layout should look. She also took our budget into consideration and led us to a quality product relative to our spending limits. All around a pleasurable experience. We highly recommend
