My home was built in 1997 and my kitchen was in desperate need of a make over. When I met Susan Deffaa from Creative Kitchens and Jim Hubbard of Remodeling Experts, I knew this company would be a good fit for me. Susan and Jim were knowledgeable, patient, honorable, and easy to work with. At our first meeting, Jim spent 2 1/2 hours discussing ideas for me to consider. During this time, I never felt pressure to implement any of his recommendations. Instead, I found Jim insightful, someone who could see things I couldn't, and someone who clearly knew what he was doing. Jim and Susan always made me feel like I was an important part of the design team. Jim and Susan were well organized and coordinated everything to make sure the project moved along smoothly and without interruption. Every member of the crew was skilled at what they did from installing dry wall to painting. They were friendly, respectful, and extremely professional. If the crew was running late, I would receive a call to let me know they would arrive later than normal. They did a good job of cleaning up at the end of the day and made sure I could park my car in the garage when storms were approaching. Mike was the carpenter assigned to my project. He installed the cabinets, made all the cuts for the crown molding, customized the light rail, and created a unique design for my spice rack. I have to say, he is an amazing craftsman and his skills are second to none. Susan, Jim and their crew completely transformed my kitchen, made it look elegant, and gave it a touch of class. It is absolutely beautiful!! Thank you Susan, Jim, Mike, Butch, Shane, and Olivia. I could not be happier!! I've heard that remodeling a kitchen can be a horrifying experience but that wasn't the case with my kitchen project. The entire experience from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful and I will miss the design team and the crew now that my project is complete. Creative Kitchen & Bath along with Remodeling & Painting Experts, Inc. did a beautiful job remodeling our master bathroom. Both Jim and Susan were easy to work with and had good ideas to help us with the project. Susan kept us updated on shipments and time schedules along the way, and never made us feel that we were inconveniencing her when we made changes. We can't say enough about our installer, Mike! His experience, attention to detail and work ethic make him invaluable! He definitely wants to please the customer! Our project was completed in two steps, and we knew that when it came time for the second step, we only wanted Mike to finish the job.

We are very pleased with the work done by Creative Kitchen and Bath and Remodeling Experts. Susan and Jim made the process smooth. We feel like we have a new house! The work quality is excellent, and they worked hard to help us get what works best for our family. The workers were professional and efficient, and the disruption to our home was as minimal as I think a project like this can be. They matched new flooring in our kitchen and hall to existing flooring in the living room and dining room. The cabinets and appliances are awesome (another shout out to Jim at Appliance Discounters). We also appreciate the guidance with design from the large things like layout to the "smaller" choices like paint colors. As a person who is overwhelmed with "too many choices," both Jim and Susan were great at offering just enough choices to help us figure out what we wanted and needed. Thank you very much.

Susan and Jim Hubbard, Remodeling and Painting Experts, helped my husband and I redesign and update our 30-year old kitchen. They came out to our house, took pictures, measured and made suggestions for improving the design. We are thrilled with our beautiful new kitchen. We were very pleased with the efficient (but careful) work, professionalism, and friendliness of not only Susan and Jim, but all of their employees. They finished on time and their prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

Susan worked with my husband and I, and Jim Hubbard of Remodeling Experts, to redesign our kitchen, and parts of our living area. Susan orders all the cabinetry and counter tops, flooring and materials, but she is very much a part of the design process. Susan is warm, friendly, very professional and extremely helpful. My husband and I needed to replace our kitchen and carpeting. The project expanded to include removing a closet and putting in cabinets, and building in bookcases. We are completely happy with the results, and the process. I highly recommend this business.
