Our new kitchen has just been finished and we decided on granite counters again having been very happy with them in our 22 year old kitchen. They didn’t fit our new kitchen plan but were still very good and we gave them to a young couple starting out! Our contractor gave us a couple of names of “stone” businesses in the area and we chose Fernando’s. They had a lot of “stones” to see both in sample form and as slabs and we got quite an education on the pluses and minuses of granite, marble, quartz, quartzite and other stones I can’t remember now. We were lucky to find the granite we wanted there without going to one of the “yard”s they recommended. Fernando’s also did a great job at subsequent stages: field measurement, fabrication and installation. Their pricing we thought very reasonable too so we heartily recommend the. business.

Fernando’s Marble Shop recently installed quartzite countertops in my remodeled kitchen. They were referred to me by my kitchen designer, as well as by my contractor and their recommendations were spot on. The folks at Fernando‘s are simply the best. I have bought from another stone supplier in the past, who was good, but Fernando‘s is exceptional. Nancy guided me through the selection process compiling options from different area distributors and ensured that I visited the distributor before selecting the quartzite slab. Before the stone was cut, she came up with various suggestions on the layout to optimize the spectacular veining in the quartzite and I am so happy that I took her suggestions. She and Richard work with me to add the stone edging that I wanted, which further enhanced an already beautiful stone. Richard and the installation crew were professional, quick, and meticulous. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with this whole experience and everyone who has seen my remodeled kitchen remarks on the stunning countertop. It makes me happy every time I see it.

I really enjoyed working with Nancy at Fernando's. She took the time to make sure we looked and matched to my cabinets, floor and the family room. She then made sure I went to check out the slabs once they were in. They are a small family company and they sure want to please the customer. I know we are so pleased. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I had the pleasure of having Fernando's Marble shop fabricate a granite tabletop for me. Their staff was very accommodating in helping me select the right stone for my decor. The piece was just delivered this afternoon, and it is stunningly beautiful; the color, graining and veining, the edging and polishing all show a marked degree of high craftmanship. The artisan put some care and thought into this project. Fernando's team was very professional, business like, polite and accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are certainly worthy of future patronage and trust.

We had a fabulous experience working with Fernando’s. Paula was so helpful in picking out our stone which we love. And the install, which was a bit complex, went very smoothly. It was our second time doing a kitchen renovation and using Fernando’s and recommend them highly!

Everyone at Fernando’s was a pleasure to work with, especially Paula and Richard, and they did a fabulous job with our soapstone kitchen counters and backsplashes. Longer version: We built a new home and our builder had us working with the team at Fernando's. We started with a visit during the pandemic and Nancy was very accommodating on schedule and well prepared on safety measures. Great selection and a very helpful process. Nancy quickly understood our design style and helped us dial in on the look we wanted. Informative, helpful, beyond friendly, and great product and service. Excellent communication from selection to fabrication to installation and happy to answer questions afterward. We ended up going back to Fernando's when two countertops that came with floating vanities didn't quite work out, and ended up finding a couple of amazing remnants that look much better than that what the other folks were providing. I recommend Nancy and Fernando's with zero reservations. Go see them!

We had a great experience with Fernando's. Nancy was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. We used a combination of remnants and whole slabs and her advice was very valuable. She delivered samples to our home, priced out multiple options for us to consider and we are very happy with our final product.
