Kitchen World

The long wait was worth it. We searched for the right cabinets for a while. We wanted to match the existing wood trim that was throughout the house. The designer should us candlelight cabinets and they filled our need. The cabinets are beautifil and the installation was excellent. We are very happy and constantly receive compliments.

We ordered a pantry cabinet in June. In November they called to say it was finished being built. It would be installed soon. Well 3 months later we finally had it installed today and I am not happy at all. They brought the wrong crown molding, no edge molding for the floor. The installer installed the pull out drawers and the screws that were included with them went through the side of the exposed cabinet. So half the drawers aren’t screwed into the side. The 5th pull out drawer was all scratched up. So as of right now I have a huge pantry cabinet that I can not use until they get all the correct parts to fix the cabinet we paid for, which means another month before they get them and can schedule another time to come out and fix it. I would never recommend kitchen world to anyone.

We purchased our Canlelight cabinets 22 years ago and they still look great. When we added extra counter space, Jenifer was so helpful in retro fitting a cabinet as closely as possible to the original ones…refreshed the hardware, counters and sink. Pleased with her efforts.

Throughout COVID, we have been continually grateful for our new kitchen, completed spring 2018. When people walk into our house, they think we've actually raised the ceiling and added windows because of the spaciousness and light. The trim and glass cabinets both camouflaged and old soffit and enhanced architectural features in the other first floor rooms. Jenifer stuck with us when gutting 47 year old cabinets revealed unexpected structural problems. She was a constant and steady resource for talented people and good products as the work and our ideas unfolded. Four years later our kitchen is still clean and beautiful. Were replaced our Kitchen Cabinets and countertops and are still very happy with the quality of everything. The salesperson was very patient and helpful. We had a small problem with a shelf and they replaced it with only one phone call and it was done quickly. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to go back.

Kitchen World was a fabulous resource for my kitchen remodel. Getting a new kitchen was a once in a lifetime experience for me, and Kitchen World and staff were great! My designer, Jenifer Young, was friendly, professional, and endlessly patient and helpful, going above and beyond to assist in creating the perfect kitchen for me. I remodelled my kitchen i 2019 and I purchased my cabinets, countertop and sink from Kitchen World. the workmanship and beauty were admired by many. I was so happy with their professionalism, knowledge and vast amount of options to pick from. My new kitchen has not only ncreased the beauty of my home, but also the value as well. I would also like to commend Don. who was my sales rep. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with my many questions.

The Sales representative was extremely knowledgeable about kitchen updates, trends, etc. Response time on inquires was excellent. Our installer for the tile and woodwork was very talented and thorough.

We're working on our second kitchen with Kitchenworld because the first one we did came out so well. Our sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and coordinated everything for us, including the granite countertops and the installer. We were so impressed with the first kitchen that when we moved and wanted to upgrade the kitchen in our new place, it was only natural for us to turn to Kitchenworld again. The second kitchen is just as beautiful as the first.

Phillipa was our contact and was great to work with. She was fantastic, even when our contractor was having a mini meltdown. Our kitchen came out better then we envisioned! We highly recommend using them. You pay for what you get.
