It was a pleasure working with the 4Ever Remodeling team to complete a nearly full gut rehab of our Chicago townhouse. There were many starts and stops with our project (Chicago Building Department issues, townhome assoication items, and a pandemic) which streched our schedule out by six months or more, but the 4Ever team never showed any weariness and was responsive the entire time. Working with Magda was a pleasure, she was very good at keeping the project moving foward and was an excellent reasource for design decisions. We enjoy everyday in our newly remodeled home and we thank 4Ever for helping us create this small treasure. We don't have any projects on the horizon but if we did we would not hesitate to use 4Ever again.

We are very happy with the remodel of a small room that 4Ever Remodeling did in Fall 2020. They gave us a free quote, a number of really good design suggestions, and time to investigate cheaper pricing for the cabinets. When the work was scheduled, the team was very conscious of COVID safety measures. They did excellent work and we love the deep colors of the cabinets, which matches the trim in the room. The bookshelves, in particular, were the work of a fine craftsman and we felt that we were in the hands of a good team.

His team were very efficient and wanted to ensure that we were satisfied with the results. Although a kitchen remodel during a pandemic did cause a few delays, end result was worth to wait. 4Ever Remodeling remodeled 2 bathrooms in my house. The work entailed gutting both bathrooms, expanding their size into available closet space, and rebuilding them completely. It now looks absolutely fantastic and it's all due to the artistry and workmanship of the team. I am extremely satisfied with their work. It is very high quality with no unexpected surprises. They delivered on their promises and were amazingly easy to work with. I will never contact another company after the amazing services I obtained from this team.

I contacted 4Ever Remodeling for a quote on a large project to completely gut our 40 year old kitchen and tear down our back porch and rebuild it. Damian visited our home to see the job site and took a copy of our architectural plans and subsequently mailed us written quote for the work. His quote was comparable to the others we received. Project come out as we expected.

Damian worked with us on a remodel design for our split-level home. He spent time with us to understand exactly what we wanted and needed, helped us strike a balance between those wants and needs, researched our neighborhood thoroughly, and came up with an absolutely gorgeous design for our home. He found a way to make our 3 bedroom split level into a beautiful 5 bedroom home with a master suite and entertaining space. He was very knowledgeable and came up with some innovative ideas for utilizing our space. He was honest, attentive, and professional throughout our project estimation phase.

4Ever Remodeling are definitely worth the 5 Stars. I would have given them 10 Stars if Houzz allowed it. We have worked with many general contractors over the years, and 4Ever has restored my faith in renovation humanity. Throughout our extensive home rehab project, their team was attentive, honest, professional, trustworthy, friendly, communicative and reasonable. Our preliminary estimate was transparent, thorough and proved that Damian cares about his work and his clients' needs. They were never late, often staying on site past normal business hours until a segment of the project was completed, and more than a few times showed up on weekends and holidays to help us with unforeseen obstacles. Every step of the process was discussed openly, all of our requests and concerns were met directly and promptly, and every aspect of our scope of work was accomplished with excellent quality and expert tradespeople. We are thrilled with the results and we will hire 4Ever Remodeling again for all future projects.

I have recently bought a two story house in Riverwoods and decided to do a total renovation. After meeting with 4Ever Remodeling and getting advises and drawings designed by their team, I was sure that I hit the right place. They came up with a wonderful project. Damian, the owner, assisted in every step of it, including design, permits, and the construction process itself. The subcontractors who worked for us were expertise and completed everything within the deadlines. The price for the whole house renovation was pretty competitive comparing to other companies. We paid approx. 250$k. Thanks again to the team at 4Ever Remodeling. Very well organized and efficient!

We had 4Ever Remodeling as our contractor for a major renovation project for our house this spring, which included 4 bathrooms, plumbing, electrical, tearing down walls, putting up new walls, and so on. Damien and his crew really did an excellent job! With the building being pretty old, there were more than a few surprises, all of which were handled professionally and timely. All of their subs were great too, and we would definitely recommend 4Ever Remodeling for anyone looking to complete a project, large or small.

Picking a contractor that will be dependable, trustworthy, professional, do high quality work and price conscious can be an agonizing decision especially for a big job. Thank goodness I chose 4Ever Remodeling because I couldn’t have wished for and certainly didn’t expect such a satisfying process. The entire job from the initial design, ordering/delivering materials, construction phase, scheduling, communication and final touches were conducted with the utmost care and attention to detail. Everyone was courteous, conscientious and most importantly a perfectionist. I even got an update every Friday with what was happening the following week. I would have no qualms recommending them and will definitely be using them again for our next project.

Damien and his team were easy to communicate with, especially an interior designer. We had a large fully permitted project with blueprints, moving pluming lines from one side of the house to another, demo, electric, structural etc. The project took longer than previously Damien told us but the final result is amazing.
