Maciek, Lien, Adam, and crew did a great job designing and remodeling our two bathrooms. Maciek was on top of everything as the project manager. Lien made the design process so easy and fun. Adam and crew are remodeling pros. When it came to communications, we texted each other but their project management app also made it easy to keep track of progress since they posted daily pictures and updates. I also liked that we were invoiced as different phases of the work was done. Our new bathrooms look amazing and I'd absolutely work with them again.

We had such a good experience with 4Ever Remodeling redoing our bathroom. Lien, the designer was such a help in covering every little detail of the design and helping bring my vision to life. Maciek, the project manager, was great about communicating with us, answering all of our questions, and addressing all of our concerns. Arek did all of the remodeling work by himself. He always showed up right on time and completed the work so fast. He did everything beautifully, and was so patient when we were indecisive or changed our minds. The bid from 4Ever Remodeling was higher than the other bids we got, but for good reason. They brought so much to the table and made everything so easy - it was worth every penny.

We hired 4ever remodeling to remodel our 1500 square feet home and to finish approximately of 800 square feet of basement space. After considering buying a new house, me and my family decided to complete remodel of our old house because we couldn’t afford to buy new property due to very high market prices. We spoked with numerous remodeling companies but 4ever remodeling was the one that offered us help with construction loan for our project and they have dedicated rep at one of the banks that helped us to get the loan. In addition to that, 4ever has full designs team and architect that handles 3D rendering, selections and architecture plans. The first step was to get the design for our project and we paid out of pocket initial fee for interior design and architect work. As we knew what we wanted, the design process went fairly smooth and within 3 months we had all the plans ready for the estimate and construction permit process. After back and forth with the office team and estimator we got the price that was around $330K including materials and work. With the full sets of planes and the price we were able to close on construction loan fast and the constructions process began. They applied for the construction permit and this took additional time before we could start the project. But that was helpful because we had to buy all do the selected products. Once the project began the many different 4ever remodeling team members were coming to work on the demo, framing, plumbing, furnace, drywall, flooring, painting , etc. Project manager was in touch with us for any questions and provided weekly update. Overall the project took 6 months and went smoothly with our limited involvement in the whole construction as we had dedicated project manager for communication and also they used management software for reporting and coordinating the project. We did not stay in the house during the construction and we were able to see the work or progress thru that software. We knew that this was old house and we had some issues discovering items that had to be fixed that and is hard to predict before the demolition is completed, however the whole experience with 4ever was positive and we like the design, management, communication crew doing guilty work and final touches. We would used them again for the same project as well other projects. They are very organized and well run company. The one advice I would give to everyone doing whole house remodel or I believe any remodeling project, account additional founds for unforeseen items.

4Ever Remodeling put us on schedule even though we did own the house which was huge advantage to us. Once the 4Ever Remodeling design team (Anna and Magda) put together design plans for our place we started selecting and ordering finished materials. The permit process took approximately 4 weeks and once we received it, 4Ever Remodeling was able to start the work within 2,5 weeks. Project manager was involved in the process for the beginning, and he communicated with us promptly. We requested the same team that did the project on previous house, and they were able to accommodate the request. Once the project got started, we were visiting our house on daily bases. What we saw was attention to details and the way they secured and protected our house. Plastic sheets, floor paper, wall barriers, zippers were used to minimize dust speeding and floor protection. Demolition was done within a week, and they started electrical, plumbing and hvac. Project manager Mike was informing us every day what is happening and the progress. Building inspections were completed and they started drywalling and tile work. Tile guys Jack and Alex kept perfect lines and executed the design the way we envisioned. We were amazed the way carpenters Robert and Martin assembled all cabinets, fine cuts for crown moldings, door and trim installation. Painting was done by Vladimir and his helper which we don’t remember the name. The whole project took over 3 months and the results were delivered as expected. Hiring 4Ever Remodeling was not cheap but the way they operate and what that they offer was worth it: architect, design team, project manager, multiple people working on the project, high quality work, very good materials, and 3-year warranty. Keeping job side clean and safe was they top priority and the reason I’m saying that they didn’t allow us to enter working area without proper supervision and we respected that approach. We understood that safety of everyone working to the project is important. The final day of the project they scheduled final walk through to go over the project and signed close out paperwork. A week after the completion the 2 of dimmer switches weren’t working properly and they schedule electrician to replace them and now everything is working well and looks as we expected. Very good and solid remodeling company.

We worked with Damian on what would have been a $150-$300k basement remodel. They sent a detailed bid and in October 2022 we agreed in principal to proceed, including putting down $500 for an initial walk-through with his architect. We conveyed that we were ready to commit but preferred to start the process (and make initial large payment) in the first couple months of 2023. Damian made the standard disclaimer that various costs tend to increase, and did mention that they may increase their design fees starting on January 1st as well. I acknowledged that I understand inflation, etc. Then in mid January (3 months later) we contacted them to proceed, and Damian and his team decided that they now wanted $12,000 instead of $7,000 just for the design fee. He tried to say this is based on inflation. I asked why he didn't give us a heads up of such a significant price increase at the time, or in late December and he stated that he has 1,500 customers in my situation and can't possibly notify them all. Really? 1,500 customers that paid something in October to begin, and was ready to sign a contract, but wanted to wait 3 months to proceed? Damian is unreasonable and unprofessional in my judgment and while it's certainly possible that this firm may do good work, and may have other people who are reasonable and professional, I couldn't recommend working with someone like this when there are plenty of good, reasonable, and professional firms out there who can do just as well.

Full remodeling of 1500 s.ft basement that included estimate, design, demo, framing, full bathroom, bedroom, plumbing, electrical, flooring, trim and painting. From the beginning of the process we had very good experience with 4Ever Remodeling. Interior designers Magda and Anna, project manager Mike, and team doing the work Adam, Lukas, Paul, Martin and the painter Wladimir did great job working with us on planning, preparing and building the basement project. They provided price and 3D visualization before any discussions were made about final. Selection process went smoothly as we picked mid-level products and the products were available with-in 2 weeks order. Project manger took care of all permits and legal paper work. Communication was on high level, either via text, email or in person visit. Basement was competed on time provided in the contract. Very good design and remodeling company I would recommend for your home kitchen, bathroom or basement remodeling project.

We recently entertained the idea of remodeling our two bathrooms. We started the process with the multiple quotes from different contractors. As a result we Received only two proposals out of five companies that we interviewed. The others didn’t provide us with pricing or scope of work for our project. Even more they stoped picking the phone calls form us. The reason we decided to use 4Ever Remodeling for our project is that they were very responsive, provided interior design assistant and offer very good warranty. The plus is that they have open showroom during the days and you can talk to the designers or office personnel if and when you have any questions. Another factor that stood out for us was 4Ever Remodeling was able to provide pricing and scope of work right on the first appointment, explained the next steps and what to expect when we start the process. The sales consultant gave us two options before we went to the next step. First option was to pay flat fee for the whole design and get the prices for all of the finished materials and labor after design is completed. The other option was to go over the scope of work review detailed scope of work and sign it. As we are not decisive what we wanted, we went with first options and start with the design as a first step. We paid the flat fee up front for design and right now we are 4 weeks into the design. We are positively surprise with how quickly and how responsive the whole team is. We already had two appointments at the showroom for reviewing the 3-D rendering plus additional plans as well as material selections. The next step is to finalize the design and receive final proposal with all the details for approval. If no surprises to the price after design compilation we will move forward and start the remodeling project. What we have received so far it looks like it’s gonna be very good experience. I will update this review after the project is completed and in the meantime I am adding a few pictures from the selections that we made at the show room. 4Ever Remodeling we like the way you work.

Kitchen and bathroom remodel In the beginning of 2021 when we were in the deep pandemic situation we decided that it’s time to do our kitchen and hallway bathroom remodeling project. For about five weeks we did the research to find good companies that could provide us with design solutions as well quality work and good warranty. It wasn’t easy as we interviewed seven companies and five of them eliminated themselves on the spot By improper approach to us as a potential customer. Only two of them could meet our requirements and budget, witches one of them was 4Ever Remodeling. The reason we went with 4Ever Remodeling is that we could verified they have quality installers with long experience as this was one of our top priorities because we didn’t want to have any amateurs doing our project. 4Ever Remodeling was able to provide us with their policies that they only hire people with at least five years of experience and license plumbers and electricians. In addition to this requirement we want to have design team helping us to optimize the space and this company provides three years labor warranty for every project they build, which was a big factor to us. During the interview process with 4Ever Remodeling we found out that they have five different lines of cabinetry at their showroom that could meet pretty much every budget. After back-and-forth we pulled the trigger and signed the contract to start the project. Design team that worked with us was Magda lead designer type of coordinator and Anna our interior designer. We been assigned to the Project Manager who was in touch with us from the design completion and project walk-through into the final completion and signing so called “project completion closeout list”. The day they started the project it was obvious that they operated on the high-level and team that arrived on the job brought plastic covers, floor covering and zippers to protect the rest of the house from dust. The team of Adam and Wotek did quality work from start to finish. They cleaned working area on the daily basis before they left and kept the project secured. We received detail schedule and they finished the whole work three days before estimated completion date. The whole project cost was approximately $90,000 which is on the higher end what we had budgeted, however the money was well spent as the project looks very good and my wife enjoys cooking meals as well my kids like sitting by the peninsula and watching TV. We had a few challenges during the construction but this is looked normal on the house that is over 60 years old and you don’t know what to expect when you complete the demolition. Overall experience with 4Ever Remodeling was very positive and straightforward. Three months after the project we was completed one issue was discovered with the backsplash tile loose and we called the office to have someone take a look on it. Adam came in the morning and took him two hours to address the issue.

4Ever Remodeling did extensive renovation for our friends in 2016. After back-and-forth our family decided to stay longer in our current home and do some renovation to improve our house and quality of our life. As we knew this company and we’ve seen the project that they have completed for our friends, we invited them to our home for consultation to explore possible design options, our budget and the timeframe of our project. We didn’t get any other estimates because the another contractors that we invited to our home to discuss the project never provided prices. The project discussion was simple as we informed 4Ever Remodeling that we have a budget for the remodeling and we are planning to do, if we meet in the budget together. If it’s going to be way above our budget we will not do anything. We received the original proposal that was a little bit higher than we expected and after some adjustments made, we were able to come to the agreement. After we provided the initial deposit 4Ever Remodeling interior design team started the design process with the 3-D rendering. This process took approximately 6 to 7 weeks and the same time we were waiting for the permit to be released. From the day we signed the contract to the starting date was approximately 10 weeks. When the project began 4Ever Remodeling project manager and project foreman delivered all the materials, dumpsters for the trash and schedule all the crews like electrician, plumber, flooring, drywall guys and carpenters. From start to finish the whole project took approximately four months plus we were waiting two additional weeks for inspectors to come and approve every face of the process . During the construction we were informed about the progress, what was happening next and overall how the situation looks like. Everyone arrived on time, clean up after themselves on the daily basis and keep the project organized. After the project was completed our dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom and hallway looks very nice and now our family enjoys it. We received high-quality remodeling, as well very good experience as expected form the beginning.

About four years ago we hired 4Ever Remodeling for our master bathroom remodeling project. From the initial contact, when we spoke to the office person though consultation, signing the contract, design service and selections, the project construction, cleaning the area and the final touchups, too warranty; the process was pleasant and very efficient. After four years of using our bathroom we are still enjoying the look and the design, as well as the service that was provided to us. The quality of work is spectacular, as after a four year period we haven’t discovered any issues with our project. One time we had a challenge with our Shower Door however 4Ever Remodeling service call team scheduled technician to come and check what was going on. That was very minor issue which could have been handled by our self and the reason we called them because we didn’t know what to do with it. We sharing this feedback after all of those years of using the remodeled space because Now we know that we could give honest feedback. Design service was easy, project manager was in constant contact with us and came to oversee the project and progress. Workers provided high-quality work with attention to details. When the tile installer did the work we’ve seen a few time that he was polishing tile to make sure it fits perfectly on the wall. The office was in contact with us about the billing on the weekly basis. We are very happy with choosing this company for our remodeling project. We made the right decision and we recommend them to whoever is interested in doing any kitchen, bathroom, basement or home remodeling project to call this company and find out more how they can help you with your remodeling.

4Ever Remodeling was amazing to work with! Their designer was friendly and really listened to what we wanted. The process they use is so helpful and a lot of fun! They were always available to answer questions, address changes or new work requested, and checked in regularly on how happy we were.

4Ever Remodeling did our master bathroom remodel and they made custom bookshelves in our living room. They responded very quickly to any questions, ideas or concerns I had. We already scheduled next project in November and I would like to recommend them to anyone.

After high pressure tactics, we agreed to pay 4Ever for design services for our large remodel, even though we already had a completed design. We agreed to do so solely on the representation from Damian that he would honor the labor and incidental materials quote that he had already provided based on our multiple, extensive discussions about the specifics of the project. I asked him in no uncertain terms, and Damian assured me, in person at my house, that he would not increase his price if we agreed to use their design services. Fast forward two months when the design was completed (largely due to my wife's efforts, not the designer's) -- Damian sends a revised quote that was nearly 30% higher than the quote he had previously provided and assured me he would honor. When I provided him the specific numbers to show this discrepancy and reminded him of his assurance he would honor the price he quoted us when we agreed to pay for design services, he did not dispute that he had promised to honor the price but attempted to accuse us of having an unrealistic budget. Of course, this accusation is remarkable, because Damian had provided the original budget to us based on detailed information that we had provided to him! Even more puzzling is that in attempting to persuade us to pay the ridiculously inflated new price, he informed us that even though they had signed contracts with clients for 29 other projects in the past several months, he increased the prices on all of the contracts in April, and others didn't cancel. Were we supposed to be reassured by the fact that 4Ever didn't honor its pricing on its other contracts? Needless to say, we did not proceed with the project with 4Ever.

4ever Remodeling was great to work with and we would definitely hire again for future projects. Magda really took the time to get to know our style and delivered a perfect design for our project. She helped to maximize our small space which really increased the functionality of the space. The finishing touches she helped us pick make it just stunning. Mike provided us with weekly progress updates and kept great, open communication about the timing of the project and what to expect. He helped to coordinate everything with our schedules and was considerate of the fact that we were living through a remodel with 3 young children. Martin has excellent craftmanship skills and great attention to detail. We were happy with his work and impressed that he kept such a clean workspace. We were really happy with the quality of the work and impressed they were able to deliver the project within the expected time frame. We would hire again in the future.

4Ever Remodeling did a complete bathroom renovation on our primary bathroom. I felt the value was quite good in the services they offered and the finished work. They provided design assistance, project management, coordination of most materials and obviously did all the work in the bathroom too. It was a pretty seamless experience from start to finish and I enjoyed working with them. Design assistance is included in their services and even though I had an idea of what I wanted it was nice to have someone to help quickly narrow in on options and bounce ideas off of. It was also great to have a designated project manager so we didn't have to do any of the coordination, etc...as the work was happening. The bathroom itself looks great, everything was very well done and we are happy with the result!

We worked with 4EverRemodeling to update 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom. The bathrooms are relatively small, and they totally transformed them. Magda was our designer and project manager, and she was really terrific in terms of vision, efficiency in selecting materials, and responsiveness. The workers who executed the project were reliable and very respectful. There were a few unexpected issues that we encountered along the way and the team was responsive to make sure the final products were how we wanted them to be. I was also really impressed with the follow up. They came by 30 days after the jobs were complete to make sure everything was ok. We also thought the price point for the amount/quality of the work was excellent.

It was a pleasure working with the 4Ever Remodeling team to complete a nearly full gut rehab of our Chicago townhouse. There were many starts and stops with our project (Chicago Building Department issues, townhome assoication items, and a pandemic) which streched our schedule out by six months or more, but the 4Ever team never showed any weariness and was responsive the entire time. Working with Magda was a pleasure, she was very good at keeping the project moving foward and was an excellent reasource for design decisions. We enjoy everyday in our newly remodeled home and we thank 4Ever for helping us create this small treasure. We don't have any projects on the horizon but if we did we would not hesitate to use 4Ever again.

We are very happy with the remodel of a small room that 4Ever Remodeling did in Fall 2020. They gave us a free quote, a number of really good design suggestions, and time to investigate cheaper pricing for the cabinets. When the work was scheduled, the team was very conscious of COVID safety measures. They did excellent work and we love the deep colors of the cabinets, which matches the trim in the room. The bookshelves, in particular, were the work of a fine craftsman and we felt that we were in the hands of a good team.

4Ever Remodeling remodeled 2 bathrooms in my house. The work entailed gutting both bathrooms, expanding their size into available closet space, and rebuilding them completely. It now looks absolutely fantastic and it's all due to the artistry and workmanship of the team. I am extremely satisfied with their work. It is very high quality with no unexpected surprises. I contacted 4Ever Remodeling for a quote on a large project to completely gut our 40 year old kitchen and tear down our back porch and rebuild it. Damian visited our home to see the job site and took a copy of our architectural plans and subsequently mailed us written quote for the work. His quote was comparable to the others we received. Project come out as we expected.

I have recently bought a two story house in Riverwoods and decided to do a total renovation. After meeting with 4Ever Remodeling and getting advises and drawings designed by their team, I was sure that I hit the right place. They came up with a wonderful project. Damian, the owner, assisted in every step of it, including design, permits, and the construction process itself. The subcontractors who worked for us were expertise and completed everything within the deadlines. The price for the whole house renovation was pretty competitive comparing to other companies. We had 4Ever Remodeling as our contractor for a major renovation project for our house this spring, which included 4 bathrooms, plumbing, electrical, tearing down walls, putting up new walls, and so on. Damien and his crew really did an excellent job! With the building being pretty old, there were more than a few surprises, all of which were handled professionally and timely. All of their subs were great too, and we would definitely recommend 4Ever Remodeling for anyone looking to complete a project, large or small.

Thank goodness I chose 4Ever Remodeling because I couldn’t have wished for and certainly didn’t expect such a satisfying process. We had a large fully permitted project with blueprints, moving pluming lines from one side of the house to another, demo, electric, structural etc. The project took longer than previously Damien told us but the final result is amazing.

We interviewed several home remodeling companies prior to our home addition project. 4Ever remodeling landed the job based on word of mouth and previous projects with happy customers. We spoke with a few couples that previously used 4Ever remodeling as well as family members that highly recommended them as they completed their remodeling project 4 years ago. Damien the estimator did very good job in preparing detailed estimate/brake down. We know exactly what we were paying for. 4Ever remodeling office staff, handled all permit-paper work and interior designer help us in selecting all items. The planning stages were well though out, with no gaps in communication. Although we used our own architect everyone worked together as one team. Damien wanted most details to be made upfront, so there were fewer problems down the road. The building/remodeling process was amazing! Only minor issues came up (like with any remodeling project additional costs was due to the inspector request but that is normal for an older house). The project consisted of adding additional square footage to our home by: new foundation, structure, electrical, plumbing, furnace and AC, master suite, hallway bathroom, 2 bedrooms, roof, back patio, windows, vinyl siding, hardwood floors, etc. Their experience showed every step of the way. From subcontractors to staff in the office. They were all very up front and handled all requests on time and very professional manner. The additions was completed in 5 month as promised. The end product was of high quality, no doubt! Ultimately, we are extremely pleased with 4Ever remodeling and end product. We plan to use 4Ever remodeling again. I hired Damian because of his professional attitude and ability to start our project quickly. My wife was 7 months pregnant at the time and we wanted a new bathroom before the baby came. Everything started off great. Since they were able to start so quickly, we did have trouble getting everything delivered on time. I don't fault them for this. They were finished in a week and a half. That's when we started noticing problems. The last two rows of floor tiles were not lined up correctly. No apology. Damian said these things happen. The same guys came back a week later to fix it and a few other small things. The hot and cold water knobs for the sink were off. One was a cross and the other was and x when off. The shower valve was not adjusted properly so there was no hot water. They removed the vanity, since the row of floor tiles that were off ran under it, and said they fixed them. The tiles they fixed by the toilet are noticeable due to the fact they didn't replace the whole sheet of tiles just the colored tiles. It's a black and white flower hex tile. I let that go since its tucked away in between the toilet and vanity. Everything's fixed right? Wrong. When my 8 month pregnant wife finally laid down in her new tub to relax she could see the tiles under the vanity were not fixed. Ok. I know it's under the vanity but why would they have removed it and not fixed it. Now they are trying to pull a fast one on us. Damian says he will send somebody over to fix it. 3rd time on the tile now. Damian offers no apology again. This is when my wife takes over because she knows me. I'm not happy. A different worker comes over and finally fixes the tile the next week. A week later we get an email letting us know we have a one year warranty. Good. We are gonna need it because we have another problem. I had been noticing water on my laundry room floor but with baby almost here I didn't think much about it. A week after my son was born I just happened to be in my basement while my wife was in the shower. Water was pouring down the plumbing chase of the shower wall. I immediately sent a video in an email. My wife talked to Damian and he would send somebody out the next day. The worker cut open the wall adjacent to the shower to diagnose the problem. After inspecting it for an hour or so he said my tub spout was defective. All their connections were good and I would need to buy another spout. He said he would be back in a few days to install an access panel in the hole he cut out. He also offered to install the tub spout that was defective while he was there. I went out and bought a new one. The employee at the faucet Shoppe told me if I install the new one and it still leaks, it's most likely a bad solder job on the brass adapter. Low and behold when I got home and installed the new part, it just screws on, it was still leaking. After taking it off I inspected the brass adapter. They never soldered it. The water was backflowing around the copper pipe and through the unsoldered brass adapter. He is coming back tomorrow. This has been a very trying experience dealing with 4ever. I do believe they have done good quality work for other people. Just not for us. There has always been a hint of disrespect from Damian whenever we contact him about a problem. He's made us feel like we have done something wrong or are bothering him. He has never apologized to us for his companies mistakes. And some of those things are not mistakes. They were blatantly overlooked hoping we would not notice. Damian should feel ashamed of the way he and some of his workers have dealt with us.

I received a few quotes before proceeding with Damian and his crew for a master bathroom renovation, having been impressed by the detailed quote and the benefit of having in house designer to work with. The project stayed on schedule and within budget. The crew was professional, extremely clean and courteous. Their work was fantastic - very happy with the finished product! Our kitchen project went great. proposal for our project was through and detailed. Once we agreed to go ahead with the work, the design process was great. We had variety of choices and all the time we needed was taken to help us find and choose room features which fit our home, our budget and our taste. Magda was perfect designer for our project. Work was done in a timely way. Every team member which came to our home, from electric to plumbing, flooring was friendly, professional, careful with our surroundings, respectful and neat. Our kitchen was transformed from a dark outdated room to a bright modern kitchen. Any concerns we had were taken seriously and addressed quickly and we had easy access by phone and email to the owner and the designer. We contacted several contractors to do the work on our 1400 sq. ft. basement and we are glad we finally decided to go with 4Ever Remodeling. We first met with Damian who gave us very detailed estimate which involved totally tearing out what had been completed by the previous homeowner and re-configuring the space. We had daily communications with the project manager Magda who not only kept us up to date of what would be happening on daily basis with our project bu also designed the new basement. We enjoyed working with Martin and his crew (Greg the electrician and Peter who did the outside work). We ran into several issues with drains that were hidden by walls, stairs and cabinetry and required relocating the drains properly which Martin the plumber was excellent in figuring out and fixing the problems. Through the process we were kept up to date and made sure the dust was mainly contained in the basement. I appreciated the fact that everyone from 4Ever Remodeling staff were very respectful of our space and took great care to keep the area clean. I worked with Magda on all selections and she was very knowledgeable and helped me make choices on everything from flooring to fixtures. Any issues that came up were handled promptly and professionally. The whole project took around 8 weeks. We could not be happier with our new basement. In 2015 4Ever Remodeling remodeled our old house. Nothing was level or square anymore. They did a superb job on everything. They would have finished sooner except that I ha of special order items that they had to wait on and that slowed the progress down. If ever I had a question, they would call me right back. About month after they were done, the fan in the bathroom started a humming sound. They came right out and fixed it in the next few days, honoring their warranty. They are just really good at what they do.

I used 4Ever Remodeing for a gut remodel of an attic/master suit. Magda was our interior designer and very helpful with selection finishes. It was stripped down to nothing. It was reconfigured for a better flow and a bathroom was moved to a different area. They also fixed the roof and new insulation. We enjoy our new room!

We used them to remodel our master bathroom. Damian offered his interior designer but we decided not to hire her. The 2-peson team was very much on time and very professional. The workers were great; I had no complain with them. We had a couple of little bumps but they took care of them right away. They said they would come every day and work and they did. They finished their work in about 3 weeks and I added some more work after that - to put flooring in- and they did that too. I would say they are completely trustworthy. Their professionalism was very good! I will absolutely hire them again!

This was a large project that involved complete remodel of a large kitchen and two bathrooms in old condominium. The kitchen involved removal of walls and complete redesign of kitchen including installation of new cabinets, painting and tile. The two bathrooms also involved a complete redesign with new walls, ceramic tile, paint and installation of fixtures. Damian, Robert, Martin, Cesar, Greg and the rest of 4Ever Remodeling crew did a fantastic job. They were always very punctual, professional and courteous. All the work was very high quality and they worked really hard to keep the project on time. We knew our kitchen was going to be an undertaking since it was a gut rehab of the space. We got a couple quotes that came in about the same on labor but we went with 4Ever Remodeling because their reviews were fantastic & the list of references was impressive. We wanted reliable contractors and we absolutely got them. 4Ever Remodeling also comes with the added benefit of having a designer who then became the project manager so she knew exactly what we wanted and worked with us every step of the way. Magda, the designer, was fantastic. Her design fee is separate from the quote cost but we really needed the help and she provided it. And then after she did the designs, she coordinated everything from shopping for tile to providing a detailed a list of what we needed to get before the work started. This was our first huge remodeling project so her help was invaluable for us. 4Ever Remodeling works with a few different cabinet companies and they don't start work until the cabinets are on their way so that they work as efficiently as possible. When you hear the horror stories from friends & family about remodels taking tons of extra time, a company that waits until everything is available is a huge benefit. We also were totally out of room for storage by the time the cabinets arrived and they kindly stored our cabinets in their storage unit for a couple days until they were ready to install them. The work ran smoothly and on time with minimal hiccups. Rafal was the main guy on site almost every day and he was quick and thorough. He did pretty much everything except the electrical and the countertop installation. He also as able to pick up our closet doors at Home Depot for us which was a huge help since it meant we didn't have to rent a van. I hope they pay him well! Now, of course, with any remodeling project the inevitable question people want to know is what went wrong? Honestly... nothing that should cause anyone alarm. When you hear & read horror stories about weeks of delays, I can tell you that's *not* what you're getting with 4Ever Remodeling. They work very hard to make sure your life is disrupted for the least amount of time possible. If you make changes or they uncover something, they quickly communicate change orders and issues. Our "delays" amounted to a total of maybe 2.5 days. Flooring took a little longer than expected because the direction Magda recommended laying the tile required more cutting (but it flowed better with the hardwood flooring it was connected to. Electrical also took an extra day because we had a few extra things that got added after we got the initial estimate. And I think the backsplash took a little longer than anticipated so our sink plumbing didn't finish getting installed as quickly as anticipated. Will you have to pay attention to small details? Yes. We just let Magda know when we saw something a little off from what we had talked about and she made sure the work was fixed the next day. If you communicate what you want, they will make sure it gets done. I included a before & after picture.... They are miracle workers as I'm sure you'll see! :)

A delight to work with. They were on time or early to every meeting. They finished the job on schedule and their work was flawless. I strongly recommend you hire Madga who worked tirelessly for us as the project manager. That said, the workers were easy to communicate with. Especially notable: they cleaned up at the end of every day so their presence was not intrusive. They did not disappear in the middle of the project.

I hired 4-ever Remodeling for a basement remodel. From the time of the initial visit to the written estimate through the remodel, I was very happy with the company and the project manager Damian. The written estimate was very detailed. Damian was always very up front with the obstacles and potential issues from renovating in a 1920s home. He was realistic and honest and cautious (all things that we needed as new renovators). Robert was an incredible asset and was the kind of person that you have 100% faith in. He was prompt, professional and just the best kind of professional who includes you in pertinent decisions (but doesn't overwhelm you with the stupid stuff). We ran into issues... and no project will ever be void of these (especially in an old home), but this team was incredibly quick with outreach and problem solving. They always came to the table with options, and allowed us to decide. I have to say maybe the best part of our working relationship with 4Ever was how quick they were at getting back to us! It was almost immediate, and we didn't find this with any other contractor team. It was high quality work with high quality customer service, and that balance is difficult to find. Project was on time for the most part (even with some additions to scope). It was a good decision to partner with 4Ever Remodeling. We do not regret it, and would do it again in a heart beat.

I contacted 4Ever Remodeling to demo and remodel the first and second floor bathrooms. Each bathroom was very dated (70's) and needed a completely new look. Each room was gutted down to the studs and sub floor. Toilets, bathtub, wall tiles, flooring, sinks, cabinets were all removed and replaced with all new items. They even took on a "side" job to gut and redo a bedroom closet that experienced heavy water damage. Damian and his team were excellent. The workmanship was superb! The first floor bathroom walls were uneven and Robert spent time on calculating how to apply the subway tiles in a way that they were all even. I was truly impressed and if he didn't tell me the wall was crooked, I certainly couldn't tell when looking at the new tiles. Robert was able to take on this challenge with great success. I added a request to create a niche in the shower wall which was not part of the original design. Damian was able to accommodate this request immediately. I really liked that a change order was created whereby I had to approve prior to the work being done. There was never any surprises when it came to the invoicing. The second floor bathroom went very smoothly. I was impressed that Robert would see something that may not be visually appealing, he would stop, provide options, and I would choose the best one which was usually Robert's recommendation. The slate floor was challenging due to each one being slightly different shades, but he picked out the best ones and it looks fantastic. I love the custom shower which provides so much more room than the ugly shower stall that was there before. Robert was able to breathe new life into this bathroom! I was also impressed that Damian's workers were always on time. If Damian said they would be here at 9, they were here at 9 or earlier! I was 100% comfortable leaving Damian and his team here at the house without me being here. I totally trusted them. Robert never complained about anything and it was a pleasure working with him. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Damian and his team. I highly recommend them and will definitely refer them to my friends and co-workers.

This is the second time I have reviewed 4Ever Remodeling. Around 9/2014, they replaced our bathroom ceiling. Great job & efficient, keeping in mind we only had one bathroom in our small condo.. In March 2016, they redid most of our bath and updated our kitchen. We listed our condo for sale shortly thereafter and had 2 offers the first week! We ended up selling for more than the listing price. Damian was great about telling us what we should and should not spend time and money fixing. We are renting for now, but look forward to working with Damian when we buy again.

We contracted the complete gut of our small three-piece first floor bathroom. This room had not been more than cosmetically touched in 40 years. 4Ever Remodeling removed all wall and floor tile, the wall boards, bathtub, vanity and toilet. They worked up a complete list of all products and calculated amounts of tiles required based on our vision for the new bathroom. They were on time for every meeting from the initial visit to the final finishing. Every question we had was promptly and pleasantly answered. We ran into a unforeseen plumbing issue due to the the age of our home and its piping, and 4Ever Remodeling secured an excellent plumbing professional to complete the the pipe work - and at a reasonable price. With the exception of the unexpected plumbing problem, the initial estimate and schedule were maintained. The installation work was done with great care, and the bathroom is beautiful. The premises were cleaned thoroughly at the end of each workday, and the dust was kept to a bare minimum in the rest of the house. They made some suggestions - for example, metal edging around the shelf on the tub - which were excellent and really added to the final appearance of the room.

The 4ever remodeling team did an excellent job on remodeling our basement. They did everything they promised on time. They cleaned up the garbage every day and completely cleaned up the basement on the last day. We greatly appreciate their hard and good work – we have no any hesitation to highly recommend 4ever remodeling!

After receiving 4 other quotes from bathroom remodelers, I decided to go with 4ever Remodelers. I was very nervous, as this was my first experience hiring anyone to do a remodel. I didn't really know what to expect. We arranged to meet with Damian on a Saturday. He walked us through every step of the remodel, explaining the process, as well as the length of the job. About 10 days. The following Wednesday was the start of the job. Damien told me Robert would be working from 8-5 each day. That Wednesday, I arrived at about 11:30am. The bathroom was already half way through the demolition! By Saturday the new tub was in, the plumbing re-plumbed (this is a 1920 bungalow) new electric wiring done for the wall lighting, and Robert was installing the drywall! I was so impressed things were moving so fast. Damien met with me almost every other day to review the progress. When I arrived at the house to see how things were going, I would say hello to Robert and he always had a smile on his face to see me. He was very polite and kind, and would answer any questions I had and continued working, never skipping a beat! I believe he worked 9 straight days without a day off to complete my bathroom. Robert was one of the hardest workers I have ever met! During each step of the process, Robert would remove all the debris, and clean the area for the next step. My bathroom remodel went like clockwork. from beginning to end. No-non sense, no sitting around chatting with the owner either! No supervision needed. They did exactly what they promised. They are honest, professional and courteous. I absolutely had NO stress, other than what color tile and fixtures I had to pick out! Damien and Robert exceeded my expectations with everything! The quality of their work is outstanding! I couldn't have asked for better customer service either. The bathroom looks so great that now I am anxious to remodel my kitchen! I will definitely hire 4ever Remodelers again and again. I only hope he can fit me in when I am ready. Damien and his staff are gems! A 5 diamond rating from me!
