Against the Grain Woodtops

We are thrilled with our new wood countertops. The Against the Grain team did a fantastic job with fabrication and install for two custom pieces in our home. They were courteous and professional at all times, and finished the project ahead of schedule. They were patient and informative during the planning process, and they recommended a material and a finish that perfectly suited our needs. Six months later, the kitchen island countertop still looks as good as new, even with our two rambunctious toddlers using it as a breakfast table daily. It's become a centerpiece to our kitchen, and to our home. Our walnut bathroom vanity top always elicits compliments from houseguests. It adds a unique warmth and charm to our bathroom. We wondered how it would hold up in a wet environment, but at this point our concerns are gone -- no damage or water stains to speak of. We would highly recommend Against the Grain to anyone considering a custom wood countertop!
