Year one of my bathroom remodel consisted of me calling CNG multiple times for repairs on the shower they did and waiting for the grout to dry. The grout never dried, I was told it could be used days after the shower was finished instead of the proper 5-7 days that the grout manufacturer recommends. I did ask to make sure and was reassured that the shower was ok to use. One year and multiple repairs later we found out that the floor was not properly done by CNG. They did not sturdy my floor up enough for the shower so the floor flexed and caused tiles to pop out time and time again. Most of the floor grout never dried and is now discolored and still falling out. After a year of putting tiles back in and re-grouting he tried to sturdy up the floor. While doing this he put a hole in the bottom of the shower pan and did not address it after I brought it up. Now my only layer of protection is a small rubber membrane. We also had multiple leaks from the same area starting on day 1 that were just fixed using a lot of silicone. The grout on the walls is still tacky 2yrs later and the shower floor is falling apart and needs to be redone by a professional. Not happy. Craig told me he was just a finisher before doing bathrooms and it shows, its been very apparent to all the other contractors I have had look at the mess I was left with. Would not hire this one man company for bathroom. The rest of the bathroom turned out fine but I could have done that part myself.

Craig was amazing! He completely renovated 2 bathrooms. Craig shows up exactly on time every day and works till 7pm. Doesn't even take off weekends. He displays a focus and determination that is very rare, and takes pride in his work. Craig is able to solve construction challenges that are common in older homes and is able to come up with creative solutions. He also responds quickly to emails and follows through on commitments. Highly recommended!

Owner was unprofessional. Work was subpar. Would not recommend. Tiles started falling off and grout wasn’t installed properly. Also leaking water

Craig was amazing. From start to finish completely professional and easy to work with. He was patient with all our questions and indecisiveness. You can tell he takes pride in his work and made sure our bathroom was amazing. I will be using CNG again and highly recommend this company.

CNG construction is great! I own three properties in buffalo and have used CNG to remodel these homes. Their workers are punctual and professional. The work performed was excellent and very reasonably priced. CNG did kitchens and bathrooms as well as windows and hardwood floors.

Craig and his crew where on time, professional and did an amazing job. I was extremely happy with the work they did.
