Fix Repair Solutions remodeled two bathrooms for me. They performed quality work, were timely and were great in communicating any issues that arose. I would highly recommend and I plan on using them again soon for some other home improvement projects!

I have gotten several projects done at my house over the past few years. To date, Fix Repair Solutions has been the best company I have worked with. They focus on making the customer happy, do what is necessary to ensure a high quality final product, and are fairly priced. Overall, the kitchen remodel project was a success. Fix Repair Solutions (Isaiah and Felix) were very capable and they always approached solving issues encountered positively. Never, "we cannot do this", though my unusual layout encountered glitches. Now I have a kitchen that is much easier to work in, to organize. Thank you for this. Positives: 1. Trustworthy people to work with, zero alcohol/drug issues 2. Creative to fix any encountered issues 3. Excellent communications, even when it was not a pleasant news (like delay) 4. Both cabinet company (Lioher) and Countertop company(Tac Granite) supplied us with very nice quality products. Opportunity for improvement: 1. Secure resources to complete the project in a timely manner Three weeks estimated project lasted six weeks because other works had to be handled. Part of the delay was the cabinet company's logistics problems as they use overseas manufacturing and take longer to secure missing /incorrect size cabinet parts. Lioher supplied very high quality cabinets, but we encountered a few delays in getting replacements. However, some delays were because they had to meet other commitments. It may take some time to achieve this but I have experienced another company, who came every day as expected and finished the project on time. That will reduce the frustration for both customers and the company. 2. Recommend consistent use of cloths to prevent glues, etc from sticking to the floor In conclusion, it was a pleasant experience with Fix Repair Solutions and I will call on them again, when needed. Hopefully resource allocation is better by then.

We contracted Isaiah with Fix Repair to repair a wall at the Memorial Garden. It was hit by trees during the storms and suffered a lot of damage. The wall as well was constructed with foam and Masonry so not all could do this type of work. We were beyond happy with the finished product. Since then he has replaced/ repaired Metal Fencing, Fabricated Fencing, and having him look other projects for us. We are so happy that we found him and he will be our go to person plus I am having him do work at my personal home once I get to that stage.

Isaiah and his team were great! They were professional all the way around. They communicated on a regular basis. They supplied all of the materials they needed for the job. I appreciated that even though the work area is large they did a great job of protecting the furniture and keeping a clean workspace. I cannot express how amazing and honest Fix Repair Solutions were! They completely change dated condo into a beautify and modern vacation home. They kept on budget and was able to accommodate last minute changes and added other work with a smile. They are honestly the hardest contractors I have ever met and their workmanship is meticulous. We never actually proceeded to the project phase, but I spent most of a day texting, and then finally emailing. I'm very big on communication, and this company was finger on the button. This father-son duo is dynamic! You'll never meet a team as passionate about what they do like these two. They are very kind, respectful, honest, and most importantly professional. When I first met Isaiah, I thought he was very genuine and he has this aura about him that says "you can trust me." My husband and I both felt confident our home would be in good hands. However, I have no words to describe his dad, Felix. Mr. Felix is the most humbled and honorable individual I have ever met in this field. Nowadays, it is hard to find trustworthy individuals in the construction business, who do exactly as promised. He takes great pride in what he does. He was such a pleasure to have in our home.
