2 1/2 years ago Innovative remodeled our kitchen and did an excellent job. We changed the layout, and the flooring and could not be happier. Recently we had a problem with the grout and tile in our upstairs shower. Chip was extremely but squeezed us in. He removed the floor tile and replaced and grouted new tile. Again we could not be happier. This company does an excellent job and we would refer them to anyone looking for a great contractor. Ronna and Bob.

Chip was one of three contractors we interviewed to remodel our two full bathrooms. Chip was the only one who got a price and plan to us quickly and scheduled a 2nd appointment so my husband could see everything. We hired Innovative Kitchen and Bath Design LLC through Pat Noonan of Life by Design to remodel our main level bathroom for my disabled sister. I cannot say enough good things about Chip Greth and the work that he did. He was so organized, efficient and consideret throughout the construction. Everything was done with great care and attention to detail. We are so thrilled with our new bathroom and laundry room-it has made a world of difference for my sister, too! We would hire Chip and his company again in a second!

Chip Greth renovated two of my existing bathrooms and a year later converted part of a large bedroom into a new bathroom. All of his work was done in a timely and professional manner. He and the subcontractors he used all did excellent work. He knew how to do each thing that I wanted such as a pocket door sliding behind the shower pipes and no threshold showers. He gave me a calendar that outlined his expected time line. Although each project took a bit longer than planned, they were all completed quite satisfactorily. A payment schedule was provided, and there were no surprise costs. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the three bathroom projects Innovative Kitchens and Baths did for me.

Chip & his crew are truly masters of their craft! We hired Chip to remodel the master bath in our new house, as the previous owner was wheelchair-bound & we couldn't make use of many of the handicap-accessible features. In about 8 weeks, Chip turned our old, out-dated bathroom into a dream spa that would make HGTV proud! Chip was extremely accessible & patient with us as we asked a million questions about our new bathroom layout. He guided us every step of the way, from picking out tile, cabinets, shower fixtures, & flooring. He even accommodated a couple of last minute requests & installed a steam shower & multi-colored mood lighting (for a more spa-like feel) - our neighbors all now suffer from bathroom envy! I cannot recommend Chip highly enough. He pays strict attention to detail, is extremely clean & didn't leave a mess for us to clean-up, & he has a great eye for style & design. I would definitely hire him again for when we're ready to do our kitchen or guest bath. We love our new bathroom & have Chip & his team to thank for it! He treated our home as if it were his own, & for that we will always be grateful - thank you Chip for a job EXTREMELY well done!

I wish I had met Chip and his associates years earlier. I have never worked with a contractor who is more professional, more thoughtful and consistently on time. In addition he does exceptional work his attention to detail is second to none and our home is beautiful in part because of him.

Chip was very helpful in helping chose materials. He performed the renovations exactly to the timetable he contracted and came back to correct a minor plumbing problem.
