I loved the experience I had from start to finish. My kitchen came out looking better than I had imagined. I have to say my favorite part of my new kitchen is the functionality of the design. Ester sat down with me and listened to how I use my kitchen and got every detail right. I went with a downsview kitchen and I'm really impressed with quality of the cabinetry. Granted it took 9 months but I understood that with supply shortages it was going to take a bit longer but it was definitely worth the wait. The install took about a week and it went really smooth. All I can say is I wish I had another house so I can have another Downsview Kitchen.

I ordered my kitchen 8 months ago and it is still not complete. After waiting 3 months, the cabinets came in the wrong color. When the cabinets came in the wrong color, they suggested that the installer refinish them! Really? these are custom cabinets from Italy! It was a horrible experience. The island was measured incorrectly and did not fit the space. The designer suggested that we cut one of the corners at an angle. Really? The refrigerator did not fit to be flush with the cabinets. They suggested building a box around the refrigerator. Really? The shelves and undercabinet lighting still have not arrived. They constantly tried to fix mistakes with cheap fixes. I really just can't say enough bad things about this company. I wish I could turn back time and go with another company.
