We hired Jemstone Construction for a full renovation of our new condo. It was torn apart and re built. Mike and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. Renovations in a condo building have challenges which Mike handled skillfully. He has a steady demeanor and is very patient which makes communicating painless. Any issues that arose were resolved. The quality of work is excellent from the tile installation and plumbing to the woodwork and carpentry to the electric and lighting. I would definitely hire Jemstone for another project.

Mike did work in our kitchen involving tiling, cabinets, drywall, and counter tops. The quality of his work was excellent. Mike is easy to deal with, very knowledgeable, and his prices are fair. Would not hesitate to use him again and to recommend him for any construction jobs.

A true professional, communicates often and effectively, stays on top of sub-contractors, knows the city codes and what is required. My job required demolition of an existing structure, surveying, architecting and designing the new, slab, exterior & interior walls, roof, new bath, bedroom and living area (he essentially added a 1-bedroom house to the back of my home). Mike got it all done in the expected time and budget.

Mike has remodeled my guest and master baths and will be renovating the remainder of my home. Without a doubt Mike is one of the most honest and reliable contractors I have had the pleasure of working with. If there is a problem he will address it. Mike’s work met my expectations if not exceeding them. He has the patience of a saint. The biggest compliment I can pay Mike and Debbie is that I trust them to do an outstanding job.

They are the best. Kept me informed all the way. Never had any issues or even a tense moment. Mike took my 2BR 2Bath condo down to the studs and redid the floor (ceramic tile) and two bathrooms and the entire kitchen. The modest cost overruns were all by my choice. I ended up using Jemstone's recommended vendors because they matched or beat their competitors. Their subs were great.

Jemstone did a remodel and expansion of our condo kitchen. Mike gave us a very fair price and did an excellent job. We particularly appreciated that Mike and his employees came when scheduled, did quality work, and always cleaned up before they left. My condo was tiled with one pattern throughout. I hoped to be able to use the limited extra tiles I had in my expanded kitchen so I would still have the same overall look. Mike and his workers somehow made it happen. Mike also held his subcontractors to a high standard. Wnen my new quartz backsplash was not installed to my and his satisfaction, he immediately called the subcontractor and had it replaced. Mike and Debbie are very helpful and easy to work with. And they always returned calls promptly!

Extensive remodeling including kitchen, bathrooms, electrical, including window replacement. Mike takes pride in his work, pays attention to detail and demonstrates an excellent knowledge of all he does. His workers are all very pleasant, very competent and clean up daily. It has been our pleasure to deal with Mike and Debbie, who are always available to take our many questions, provide us with excellent advice. We are extremely happy with the outcome. Mike Marzano did a spectacular job on our gorgeous new kitchen, Bar and Powder room! The men who work for Mike were the nicest most thorough gentlemen and Mike was on top of many projects for these 3 rooms at the same time. He listened and the quality of the work is perfect. I interviewed several contractors before I started the project. The property was a foreclosure. It was vacant for 5 years prior to my purchase. I was so scared of what I had gotten myself into purchasing this blighted property. Mike from Jemstone was the only contractor who calmly explained in detail everything so I could understand what had to be done. This had to be quite a challenge because everything from top to bottom was useless due to years of decay and then tear out of everything inside. From rebuilding plumbing to rebuilding walls and bringing state of the art electricity through the home while achieving a standard of excellence above and beyond code. I have a beautiful property that rivals every other. Everyone can't believe what an outstanding , quality finished product Jemstone Construction created. I love my new place. It is just magnificent.
