The team Kimber Homes was great start to finish. We did basically a whole home renovation project with their team in 12-weeks, which was pretty incredible. Their construction team is top notch. There was always someone here on the job daily for about 12 weeks. Their contractors they use for HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing were very knowledgeable and did incredible jobs. Everyone took the time to clean up after themselves. Of course there are going to be times when messages and "wires get crossed", but Linsday, Micah and team were there to talk through things as needed. If you are looking for a team that knows what they are doing, can deliver within a reasonable timeline and just great people you can trust, do not be afraid to reach out to Kimber Homes for a quote and bid.

We had a whole kitchen remodel done and decided to pick Kimberhomes. Lindsay came to the house and gave us so great idea for more space and storage. The remodel was able to start earlier than expected and was done in the time table she gave us. Everything is so beautifully done and it looks amazing. There is no doubt in my mind that I have one of the most beautiful kitchens in my whole neighborhood. I will be giving them a call when I decide to remodel the master bathroom.

What is not to love about Kimber Homes? Can’t think of a thing! I have a modest home that has not been updated since it was built 40 years ago except for the kitchen and maybe a bit of carpet here and there. I am single, work full time from home and wanted someone to do it all. They came in gave me a quote, and helped me with everything from design to demolition to moving furniture, to plumbing, to electrical, to tile and flooring. They were above all, kind, professional, trustworthy and considerate of my work time. I could not have picked a better team to work with and highly recommend them for any of your renovation needs.

Communication, craftsmanship, and customer service are outstanding and are the highest priority for Kimber Homes. They went out of their way to complete a bathroom reno project for me ahead of schedule because my mother in law was moving in earlier than expected. Their workmanship is high quality and they are pros. I love the suggestions they provided me for making my bathroom unique and still within my budget. I recommend this company to anyone. Kimber Homes did a magnificent job on our kitchen remodel. This was a massive remodel, gutting the previous kitchen & dining room. They were professional, kept the workplace clean each day, put up a temporary wall to separate the living room from the remodel project and kept a HEPA filter running to minimize dust. We've already passed their name around and will continue to do so. We've even got a couple of future projects in mind for them to do for us.

So very pleased with the workmanship on my bathroom remodel. Elon and Lindsey are very easy to work with. The entire team did a super good job. They were all very professional, honest, and on time. The job took room down to the studs and was finished 4 days early and on budget. I plan to have them back for kitchen remodel. They were trustworthy enough to hand them a door key and I went to work. Super happy with the finished bathroom.

Kimber Homes replaced our kitchen cabinets, backsplash and countertops in the winter of 2021. Lindsay was very helpful with design suggestions and we especially like the toe lights she recommended. Because the work was done during the time of COVID 19, we very much appreciated how careful all the the workers were to wear masks and maintain distancing. Everyone was most courteous and professional. Grant did a wonderful job! Communication about the project was frequent and we always got prompt responses to any of our questions. The mess of construction was much less than anticipated because workers were careful and diligent about clean up. We are enjoying our new kitchen! Definitely recommend Kimber Homes for your project.

KH completed a remodel of our kitchen and bath in October 2019. I feel they are talented, honest, and fair. Positive impressions: - Stayed on schedule, starting and completing the job on time - Helped us to stay within budget - Remained flexible about adds/changes to scope - Offered suggestions and observations throughout the project - Took personal ownership of the work and the end result - Cleaned up daily before leaving the job site - Communicated upfront and throughout the project to set expectations on timing and things that we could do to help things go smoothly; for example, picking out finishing materials. - Used quality materials Overall, wonderful people, crew and family. We feel very fortunate to have selected them as our contractors. There is a lot of uncertainty, and for me, anxiety, associated with a large project like this, and KH helped me through it by being understanding, setting expectations, and honoring their commitments through the process. 5-Star!
