Working with Ron on our full home remodel was such a positive experience from start to finish. What we appreciated most was how much care he put into helping us create a home that felt beautiful, functional, and still realistic for our budget. Ron is professional and great to work with. His crew transformed our kids bedrooms by installing closet systems that made the bedrooms so much more functional! The also finished our very unfinished garage and made it a joy to step into! We would definitely work with Ron again!

I was referred to Lio James Construction by a friend when I needed a reliable contractor for my secondary property in LA. Living in Washington, I was initially worried about handling such a large project from a distance, but working with Ron, was an absolute pleasure. Ron and his team remodeled the kitchen, handled the painting, and installed new flooring throughout the house. The quality of their work is outstanding. When we were looking for a contractor to do our Bathrooms and Kitchen Counters Ron with Lio James was the only one to only mention the need for a permit and insisted on it. When we checked into this we found out that he in fact was correct and so we signed up with him. Over the course of the project his craftsmen were outstanding especially the tile and granite countertop people. They did a superior job and Ron even added some special touches for us along the way. My experience with Lio James construction was very positive for renovation for my small bathroom. Their price was competitive and provided a high level of service, from getting building approval to project management. And the result was beautiful! I ordered most of the finish materials myself with the help of Ron my project manger, the management and execution of project from start to finish was great and they were very responsive in dealing with any issues. My building management, Super and neighbors all commented that they were professional and easy to work with. I would definitely hire them again for another project.

After getting several quotes from different contractor companies, we chose Lio James renovate our kitchen. We received great design advice from Ron and the project was completed on time and within budget. Ron was very skillful and meticulous during the construction phase of the project. Disruptions were kept to a minimum, with all garbage and debris removed. We are also quite pleased with the follow-up care we have been receiving. We will have more work to do in the future & plan on using Lio James when the time comes.

Its really important to me to find a company that i can trust. I have a few purchased homes, and i am not there on site ever. So i knew that when looking for a good company to work with, i had to make sure that i would be able to leave them alone in my home unsupervised. The biggest thing for me in finding a remodeling company is making sure that i am staying in my budget and not being upselled. I spoke to Ron, he really worked with our budget. His crew was here on time every day. They got it done very quickly. He said it was going to be 5-6 weeks and it was 5-6 weeks. So they got it done right on time. His crew was great. I would even leave the crew here when I wasn't home. I have nothing bad to say they were perfect from start to finish. Very highly recommended.

The kitchen of the home I just moved in had a lot of windows but, since the color of the cabinets was black, the normal light that got in, couldn't be appreciated. I also wanted to include a kitchen island and a few open shelves. My husband recommended doing a complete revamp of our kitchen. We sometimes make together and we equally desired to be comfortable. We were seeking together at the computer screen once we discovered Lio James construction LA. And we were on speaker once we first talked to the contractor. He asked for our a few ideas, our budget, and our goals. My husband and I were happy with the work that Lio James construction did for us. His team of employees did a quality job and generally held an excellent attitude.

I would highly recommend Lio James to take over your next home improvement project. I hired them to remodel my apartment. The whole remodel took just over 3 weeks to finish. The most important part for me was the flooring because my apartme nt had old carpet in it; I was very sick of it and ready to have new hardwood flooring throughout. Besides the flooring they also did the lighting, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and living room. I love how my apartment looks. If I could use 3 words to describe Ron & his team, I’d say professional, dedicated, and creative.

i’m very happy with how my room addition turned out. I desperately need an extra bedroom in my house. during the project I had changed my mind about a couple things but Ron was very accommodating and allowed those changes. his crew is always on time which showed me how devoted they are. I really like how it turned out and I would definitely hire them again if I needed to.

I’m so happy!! They were able to do my bathroom remodel within my budget. i’m so glad I was able to comfortably live in my house during the remodel. they didn’t bother me at all and were very respectful. I love how my bathroom turned out and I’m so glad I decided to do this remodel because it was time for a change. The main reason I needed to do this was because I wanted more cabinet space and I also wanted a tub in my bathroom. besides that they also put in new flooring and lighting. also new tiles in my shower which looks really nice.

They did a remarkable job on my house addition. We’ve always wanted a large dining room since our small kitchen table is the only eating area. We enjoy hosting parties and dinners especially for holidays but we can never invite more than 4-5 people over because of the small space. We love the new addition, and it’s going to make our gatherings so much easier and better.
