When we were looking for a contractor to do our Bathrooms and Kitchen Counters Ron with Lio James was the only one to only mention the need for a permit and insisted on it. When we checked into this we found out that he in fact was correct and so we signed up with him. Over the course of the project his craftsmen were outstanding especially the tile and granite countertop people. They did a superior job and Ron even added some special touches for us along the way. We could not be happier with the results and I would recommend anyone to use Ron and Lio James Construction for their Kitchen and Bathroom projects.

My experience with Lio James construction was very positive for renovation for my small bathroom. Their price was competitive and provided a high level of service, from getting building approval to project management. And the result was beautiful! I ordered most of the finish materials myself with the help of Ron my project manger, the management and execution of project from start to finish was great and they were very responsive in dealing with any issues. My building management, Super and neighbors all commented that they were professional and easy to work with. I would definitely hire them again for another project.

From the bid process through the final details, Ron was a reliable and professional. He always kept his promises and would confirm with us via phone or email. We were always updated by Ron. Quality work and attention to detail is a natural effect with Ron. When any minor issues occurred he quickly addressed them, including working on weekends and always being available to answer my questions. Ron is friendly, professional, trustworthy, and a joy to work with. His contractors are talented and are knowledgeable in what they do. We are already hoping to use him again on an future renovations. I would recommend Lio James construction to anyone looking for an easy, fast renovation experience.

After getting several quotes from different contractor companies, we chose Lio James renovate our kitchen. We received great design advice from Ron and the project was completed on time and within budget. Ron was very skillful and meticulous during the construction phase of the project. Disruptions were kept to a minimum, with all garbage and debris removed. We are also quite pleased with the follow-up care we have been receiving. We will have more work to do in the future & plan on using Lio James when the time comes.

Its really important to me to find a company that i can trust. I have a few purchased homes, and i am not there on site ever. So i knew that when looking for a good company to work with, i had to make sure that i would be able to leave them alone in my home unsupervised. Thanks to Ron professionalism and hard work i completely trusted him alone with his team in my home. He always kept me updated through out the process and finished the work in time promised. Price stayed within my budget and did a fantastic job!

I used Lio James construction to remodel the entire upper level of my house. This was a fairly large undertaking which included a total remodel of the bathroom, kitchen, flooring and paint . I was so impressed with my project manager, Ron. He was very meticulous and detail oriented and made sure things were done correctly. All the workers were extremely respectful of me and my home during the renovation process. The final outcome is amazing! I was looking for high quality while maximizing my budget and Lio James construction my remodel project looks amazing and I will happily use them again!

The biggest thing for me in finding a remodeling company is making sure that i am staying in my budget and not being upselled. I spoke to Ron, he really worked with our budget. His crew was here on time every day. They got it done very quickly. He said it was going to be 5-6 weeks and it was 5-6 weeks. So they got it done right on time. His crew was great. I would even leave the crew here when I wasn't home. I have nothing bad to say they were perfect from start to finish. Very highly recommended.

The kitchen of the home I just moved in had a lot of windows but, since the color of the cabinets was black, the normal light that got in, couldn't be appreciated. I also wanted to include a kitchen island and a few open shelves. My husband recommended doing a complete revamp of our kitchen. We sometimes make together and we equally desired to be comfortable. We were seeking together at the computer screen once we discovered Lio James construction LA. And we were on speaker once we first talked to the contractor. He asked for our a few ideas, our budget, and our goals. My husband and I were happy with the work that Lio James construction did for us. His team of employees did a quality job and generally held an excellent attitude.

I would highly recommend Lio James to take over your next home improvement project. I hired them to remodel my apartment. The whole remodel took just over 3 weeks to finish. The most important part for me was the flooring because my apartme nt had old carpet in it; I was very sick of it and ready to have new hardwood flooring throughout. Besides the flooring they also did the lighting, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and living room. I love how my apartment looks. If I could use 3 words to describe Ron & his team, I’d say professional, dedicated, and creative.
