We recently had the opportunity and pleasure of working with NFNT during our home repair and remodel. In September our town home was flooded during the record rainfall. We were fortunate to have retained the services of NFNT to assess the damage and not only repair but beautifully remodel our home after this unfortunate event. The NFNT staff were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be more happy with the end results. The materials and workmanship put into our home has truly transformed it into one in which anyone would be proud to live or entertain. Description of service: Demolition of master and guest bathrooms -Removed tub and stall -removed cabinets Removed drywall throughout -two feet up -repaired mold damage -new baseboards and door casings Electrical and Plumbing -updated all fans -updated all light switches and outlets -installed light in laundry room -cable management behind the living room wall for clean looking entertainment area -New plumbing in bathrooms and kitchens -New water efficient toilets in bathrooms New Drywall -Drywalled workshop space -new skip texture throughout Paint -repainted all surfaces including doors Fixtures -Matching Moen fixtures throughout Floors -New hardwood porcelain tiles in main living spaces and closets -New crystal onyx tile in the kitchen and bathrooms with custom small tile transitions Cabinets -New shaker style cabinets in kitchen and bathroom to match with new modern handles Granite -Matching granite slabs in kitchen and bathrooms Bathrooms -Installed shower stalls in both bathrooms (our choice as we may rent and did not want tenants to neglect custom tile work) -Matching light fixtures and mirrors -Matching towel rack sets in both bathrooms

I recentlyy renovated my 3 bedroom 1 bath home in east Phoenix with Mr. Melvin and could not be happier. He is a true proffesional that did EXACTLY what he said he was going to do. We were on time and on budget. I will definitely continue to work with Charles and his team on future projects.
