Sami & Sons, once again did a phenomenal job. A separate contractor had created a huge plumbing issue for me. Having worked with Sami in the past, I immediately reached out. He ensured the damage was minimized while troubleshooting the issue and offering a resolution. Sami always keeps in mind the cost to the homeowner and offers affordable solutions. In addition, I had a total garage remodel done and couldn’t be happier. With Sami it’s not just about the bottom line, but about the relationships formed along the way.

Back in 2020, when my husband and I were considering renovating a space, adding another bedroom, I had reached out to Sami along with other contractors. Everyone was happy to come, hear my thoughts out, and provide me with a quote. Sami was the only one who literally told me our current space was perfect, and that our new vision wouldn't gel with the current layout, and it wouldn't add value to our house. I was so shocked by his honesty, as he surely made a long lasting impression. Fast forward a couple of years later, when we were thinking of renovating another space, I invited Sami back (along with other contractors) to submit a bid. In the end, Sami and his team won out because his bid was fair, and he was patient and honest with us throughout the bidding process. We undertook a massive project - a gut down of current house and brand new construction. It wasn't an easy process whatsoever - but one thing we never doubted was Sami's commitment to our project. In fact, he would often call this house his baby, and he wanted nothing but perfection and we couldn't be happier how it turned out. I will also give them credit for dealing with a customer like myself - I am extremely detail-oriented and expect a lot - and they had risen to the challenge. Even though the project has been completed, I will still ping Sami for little things here and there (because I'm ultra picky and see everything with 20/10 vision!), and he will always send his team to ensure everything lives up to my expectations. I appreciate that they care about customer servicing and it's just not lip service. It's worth mentioning that I had even paid for 2 separate inspections of the house before moving in, and aside from a few minor things to fix, the space was built solidly. This just reconfirmed that picking Sami and team was the best choice we could have made for our project. So to Sami and team - thank you for everything throughout this process! It had been over 15 years since my kitchen has seen a facelift and I decided it was time to redesign the kitchen and knock out some walls. I had interviewed 4 contractors and selected Sami and Sons because of the no nonsense approach to the project, the reviews I had read and that Sami had come out and was willing to work our needs and requests that were not very standard. It took us a while to get all the required items ordered and available to start the project, but once the project started it moved fast right away. The crew that came in to do the demolition and start the new rough framing worked very quickly and we were ahead of schedule. Everyone was very polite and they went out their way to make us feel comfortable by being mindful of our pets and cleaning up every night. The kitchen started to take shape very quickly and we were very impressed with how consultative the team was with all details of the finishing work. As with every project there are some issues that will arise but Sami and Sons did a great job addressing any issues and making the job right. We recently completed our remodeling project with Sami and Sons. Our scope includes living room remodeling (a new modern fireplace, bookcases and a hidden media center/network equipment) and remodeling of our garage (new concrete, epoxy floor, tankless water heater, water filter/softener, AC/HVAC, Tesla charger and lots of storage). Tom and his crews are easy to work with and very flexible to allow us to make small changes along the way to accommodate our needs. They were able to finish the project before the holiday season as planned even though we expanded/modified the scope of work along the way. We also got great recommendations from his crews to pick the right equipment and material to suit our needs and make the best use of our space. Remodeling our garage is tricky (since we are getting new concrete) and needs to be done in a timely manner. Tom and his crews went above and beyond to minimize the downtime and get all those critical equipment (such as water heater, AC/HVAC) installed as soon as the condition of the newly poured concrete was ready. The crews are very easy to work with, reliable, very clean and professional and always listen to our feedback. We highly recommend Sami and Sons for your next remodeling project.

We chose Sami and Sons over 3 other contractors we interviewed with to remodel our bathroom, and we couldn't be happier. After meeting with Abel and Sami himself we discussed a very reasonable cost estimate for the work that needed to be done. Abel even took us out shopping to several tile and home improvement stores to fan our imaginations of what could be possible for our new bathroom. Throughout the entire process the staff from their front office to their onsite project manager Paul were always very responsive and helpful. This was our first major remodel and laborers were very knowledgeable about creating the bathroom we wanted to achieve while keeping up to date with building codes and city permits. Mario and Erick always asked us questions on how we wanted details in the bathroom to turn out. Always gave us suggestions when we were clueless, and always advised us properly when choosing fixtures and other materials for the build. It was very helpful and reassuring that the managers used the BuilderTrend scheduling app so we knew what tasks were to be completed and on what days so my wife and I could plan things ahead of time. There was a miscommunication about the work at one point, but once we were able to talk to the project manager and other managers on the job they were able to resolve the issue very quickly and to our satisfaction. Scheduling work per day could've been more efficient, but overall we loved the results and our bathroom turned out exactly the way we envisioned and we've been loving it ever since it's completion. Last year, we undertook a complicated home remodeling project with some wall-removals and new room additions. We went with Sami and Sons for this project and is quite satisfied with the decision we made. Sami and his team are professionals and the dealings were all straightforward. They were very accommodative of all the minor changes that we had decided to incorporate along the way. Anytime I have an issue or a concern, I would reach out to Sami, Noy, or Jacqueline and they would get right on it. I would highly recommend him to others who are considering similar projects. Take as much as time you need to itemize the scope and keep communicating all the time during the project; you will be fine!

Sami and sons are very professional and took all the safety COVID precautions while working on the kitchen remodel. Although the project got a little delayed due to cabinet availability (thanks to COVID) which was making us very anxious but the team kept progressing as much as they could with other tasks while waiting on the cabinets. Once this road block was overcome, the project picked up momentum and was finished without further delays. We are very happy with the outcome and will definitely reach out to them again for future remodeling projects.

We hired Sami & Sons to do a big deck remodeling project. They were highly recommended to us by our neighbors who were very happy with their work. The Scope of our work was such as we had to completely demolish existing deck and arches, rebuild Everything from scratch, add lighting, add glass railing, replace the entire siding on one side of the house and change the supporting beams on one part of the house. I met with the owner, Sami, who is a very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasant person in general. After talking to him, I had a sense that I will be in good hands if I worked with him and his company and that he is trustworthy and a man of his word. He did not disappoint! He delivered on everything that he promised and even more. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. What I also really liked about working with this company is that everyone was immediately accessible by phone! I could call Sami or one of the project managers ( Shai or Anthony who both are the most pleasant, polite and professional young men to work with) and someone is always always always there to answer or respond by a text message. The longest I ever had to wait was 30 min for a response. This is very impressive and it is important considering a lot of my neighbors complained that their contractors are impossible to get a hold of. I also wanted to address some of the complaints some people in previous reviews had about workers leaving garbage or not always showing up every day. Yes, it is irritating and yes, I had the same issues but let me tell you that these are things that just come up during big remodels. Everything will not be smooth, you may get a few bumps in the road . This is normal. What is really important here is how The Contractor responds to your issues and concerns. In my experience, when I brought up an issue ( and they were very small) , it was remedied right away, no questions asked. I would call Sami or my project manager and I would say, hey there is garbage here and I want it out and the response would be “No problem, it will be removed tomorrow.” And it was! So if you have anything of a concern just bring it up and they will always take care of it right away. They really try to do the right thing. And that’s what matters! Finally, I am happy how my deck turned out. It is gorgeous! Thank you Sami & Sons. It was a pleasure working with you and I would highly recommend you!

They remodeled our bathroom, and we love it! We had quotes from different companies and are very happy that we chose Sami and Sons. Some of the other companies were a bit pushy when we met, but not Sami & Sons. (We are also a lesbian couple and always felt respected.) Their price was within the market range, and they used permits as needed. We worked closely with Shayna, and she helped us through all the process of what we needed to buy (tile, bathtub, vanity, lights, water fixtures etc). During construction, they made sure to ask about all the little details that we didn't think of (like where to place the shower head on the wall). Everyone always wore masks and were respectful in our house. The construction workers were friendly, let us know when they were arriving and leaving, and did great work. They also cleaned every day so that we could still walk around in the rest of our house. They finished everything on time and always let us know how the project was progressing. They made sure that they got all the final touches just right so that we were happy with the bathroom. We will be doing some more remodeling soon and will continue to work with them! We highly recommend them!

I take reviews seriously as this is the way I found this company. I have pictures and texts to back up all points made. Since space is limited, here is overview: -Very nice and communicative while setting up contract, owner even went shopping with us. -Job went over contracted time (7 months) by 3 months. -Four different project managers with no communication around switching. -Sub contractor caused fire in garage due to shotty work. Luckily, project manager helped put it out, but we ended up paying for all fire damage repairs. -Terrible communication around foundation- went thousands over budget and S&S left job sitting for over 6 weeks -Countertops, texture had to be redone due to shotty work. - Owner yelled at us (twice) causing us to ask him to leave our home due to feeling unsafe. - Some workers were very kind, great with our dogs, other times found alcohol bottles outside. -No portapotty set up for 7 out of 9 months of job -After way over contracted time, only sent one worker to job for months-further delaying. -Contracted plumber installed plumbing based on old plans as no project manager supervised him. Needed to be re-done. -Lied and said they ordered toilet seat cover (which they broke) in February. Did not receive it until last day in job in Mid September once they asked for model number. -Left house unlocked on multiple occasions. - Overall, was very optimistic about this company and was thoroughly disappointed. Felt treated different as women.

Sami and Sons is the best contractor we have ever worked with, and we have owned our home for 25 years. They just completed a total bathroom remodel, and also replaced old flooring in 2 other rooms with beautiful tile. Thanks to Sami and his team, the entire project was a pleasure, and we are thrilled with the result. We interviewed at least a half dozen companies before we began. Sami in the interview gave us such helpful suggestions in terms of design and product. All the other companies basically only said "we can do whatever you want". Sami and Sons is totally focused on ensuring you are happy with the work. They communicate extremely well, they are on time every time, and they get back to you very quickly when you contact them. We were quite impressed with the care they took to protect other areas of the house from damage and debris, and also their habit of cleaning the work area every evening before departing. Their work is top quality in every way. Special thanks to Chillen and Joel, who have been working in our home daily for several weeks. We are happier than we even hoped - we call our new bathroom "the spa" now. We always recommend interviewing several companies, but put Sami and Sons on that list. You will be happy you did.

We recently finished the remodeling of our two bathrooms with Sami & Sons. They were super easy to work with even when the unexpected happened. We had a bathtub punctured by a forklift, damaged vanities, damaged medicine cabinets, and a COVID shelter-in-place order all during our remodel. Through it all, Shayna and Jason at Sami & Sons were super flexible and kept the project moving forward. We especially liked working with Joel and Chellin. They were super nice and easy to work with. They were great with feedback and fixed any and all problems right away.

After carefully interviewing over 10 contractors we selected Sami and Sons and we’re so glad we did! We were extra thorough in our contractor selection for this big project because most of our neighbors would not recommend their contractor. Our scope included: full kitchen remodel, removal of wall between kitchen/dining room, mini addition into covered yard patio, and fireplace removal. Jordan, our project manager was great to work with. Jordan was very organized and responsive. Shayna, designer recommended local vendors to get our finished material and helped us get discounted prices. The working team was very respectful of our home, esp considering we were still living upstairs. Like most projects, we had some challenges and surprises (unexpected hidden pipes behind walls that had to be moved or beams had to be relocated) but Jordan informed us right away and we worked out a reasonable price for the unexpected extra work. They finished the project on time and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this reliable family business to our friends and family.

Sami & Sons did a small garage remodeling work for us and they were great ! Though this was a small project for them, they made sure they gave equal importance and planned everything very well. They sent everyday photos of progress work, they have a prime point of contact for your project and he is very easy to reach. Edan was my project manager and he is amazing and a very dedicated person. I was very comfortable working with them. I will definitely be reaching out to them when I plan to do bigger projects and would recommend them to others too!

Recently we hired Sami and Sons to repair our bathroom, and the overall experience and result were amazing. I have talked to four contractors, among all Sam and Sons' proposal, approach and collaboration were excellent, especially the project manager Idan was very responsive, prompt, and transparent. Same goes with the whole crew that includes not restricted to Maria, Tom, and Benjamin. It was a medium size project to find and arrest the water leak from 2nd-floor bath to first-floor ceiling. Their crew located the leak rightly, replaced shower pan, restored the bathroom marble floor, also fixed first-floor ceiling sheet/rocks and other stuff. Everything is cool now, and I will surely hire this team again if there is a need, also will recommend them for remodeling or repair works.

This review is a long time coming. We have used Sami for 3 projects over the last 3 years. They re-did our kitchen, converted an unusable atrium to added living space in our family room, re-did our guest bathroom, while totally redesigning the master bath. In addition to this, they put hardwood floors in, built a deck off our master bedroom that houses a hot tub, updated our electrical to accommodate solar, and installed recessed lightning in 3 different rooms. They also landscaped our back yard to utilize space more efficiently (laid down a beautiful concrete design for our patio and path around the grass area and installed a completely new irrigation system). Now let's face it. A lot can happen from the time your project is an idea to what the city approves and when the workers are finished. Sami and Soms have always been willing to work with us when these one-offs occur. For example, when overhauling my kitchen, the inspector noticed something that Sami wasn't working on but stopped us from proceeding. This is where the typical contractor eyes light up and can charge you extra than what is in your contract. Sami said no extra charges were coming and they would come up with a solution to satisfy the inspector. There were other times where Sami clearly pushed profit to the side to put my family at ease during those types of situations too. All were greatly appreciated. By the way, i got a quote for what he did for free and the quotes were in the thousands of dollars. We would recommend Sami and Sons for home improvement projects. They can work with varying budgets, but regardless how much you have available to spend, the job they do is very high quality and they are obsessed with customer satisfaction.

We had a good experience working with Sami & Sons. They did a loft conversion for us. Throughout the process they maintained good communications and moved very quickly. I'd say they were making progress faster than we could accommodate. The quality of work was good. There was a crew doing the work, a separate supervisor, and a project manager. After doing the initial work, without any prompting from us, they identified several imperfections and fixed them. They were very accommodating with our crazy schedule too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sami & Sons.

I have had 3 contractor companies come Out to my house and I have to say that Sammy and sons are by far the best company That I have had come over take the time to listen to my ideas and have not push their own ideas like other companies, also their suggestions have Save me lots of money because they did it suggest To demolish the entire thing, but rather save to the max, and that to me and my family is gold!!! The team at Sami and Sons did a great job with our kitchen. We initially had a wall between the kitchen and living room and wanted an open concept. They were able to get all of the proper paperwork from the city for us. Although the experience throughout did get a bit stressful (what construction project isn't). It was hard to communicate with some of the subcontractors in the beginning. We live in a townhome, so there were was a lot of fuss from our neighbors and HOA while doing work on our kitchen. It was difficult to communicate this to the subcontractors they hired initially as a lot of construction debris was left at the end of each working day. With that being said, I hope this experience for Sami and Sons was a good learning curve as townhome and condo projects are a little trickier since the homeowners are not fully in charge. At the end of the construction however, we did really enjoy their subcontractor, Edgar. He communicated well and made sure that everything was done correctly and efficiently. I definitely recommend them as they did a great job and cost efficient. I am hoping however, they can hire subcontractors with better communication so there aren't too many delays with the project.

We just finished an entire kitchen remodel with Sami & Son's and are ecstatic with the results! This was our first remodel, and I knew what I wanted, so reached out to various contractors for estimates. Idan came out and provided an estimate in line with what a few others had provided, but what I appreciated the most, was his no pressure attitude. A lot of the other contractors were very aggressive, required signatures on contracts…etc., which makes you a bit suspicious, but we didn’t get any of that from Idan, which I appreciated. Due to some family issues, we had to hold off on the remodel, but once we were ready to move forward, I gave Maria a call (she had touched base with me a few times) and she scheduled a time for Idan to come back out, and once we were in agreement, only then did we sign. I would be lying if I said the project went absolutely smoothly… As expected we did run into some issues here and there, and timeline did go a bit longer than I would have liked. However, what really makes me a huge advocate of Sami & Son’s is the support and customer service throughout the ENTIRE project. Idan would come out and would go over certain details numerous times, just to ensure it was to my liking. At times, I was ok with cutting corners to speed things along, but Idan wouldn’t have it (even though it may have cost him more). I will be the first to admit, I am picky and have high standards, but never once did Idan or Tom ignore my calls or not show up when asked. I even came home from work one day to find some lights not being installed the way I had asked… one call to Idan who was further away, and Tom and Pini showed up within a matter of minutes to take care of the issue; I jokingly tell them that they showed up faster than the Milpitas Police! It was that fast, and with no Siren! To sum it up, things didn’t go perfectly, at times I was extremely irritated, but the end result and the customer service I got from Sami & Sons was absolutely top notch. Although, I am happy the remodel is over, and I have an amazing kitchen, we will miss seeing Miro, pop up every day on our security camera’s, taking daily pictures and logs providing updates, our daily interactions with Idan, or Tom having to calm me down, and the rest of the Sami & Son’s team. True friends for life, and I absolutely plan to call them back for my next remodeling project.

My project is rather small - needed to patch 14 bathroom floor tiles after the plumbers replaced my sewer line. I bought the replacement tiles - impossible to get the exactly same pattern but it's pretty darn close - and Sami and Sons Remodeling team came in and did the patch in a blink! Well I should say 3 hours, which felt as short as a blink to me. And I highly appreciated that it was all pretty quiet. It was a great experience working with these guys.

Did my project go smoothly as I expected? Of course not. Timeline slipped couple of times, errors were made and communications could have been better. However, this should be expected when doing any constructions. No such thing is perfect. What matters the most is the outcome. Regardless of all my construction issues and stressed, was all worth it because Sami & Sons Constructions did a SUPERB job in our bathroom and that is what’s important to me. I must say, we were very happy indeed with Sami and Sons Construction. Especially, Sami. He is very personable. Their PM & general contractors - KUDOS to all for having patience with me. Would definitely hire them again in the future with my next project. I am giving them 5 star because they exceeded my expectation. Outcome is BEAUTIFUL!

We recently completed a big remodel of our home with Sami and Sons. If was a fairly large project with a lot of anxiety and demands (from our end) surrounding it. Sami, Pini, Tom and their team worked really hard to make sure things met or exceeded our expectations. Like with any big project, we had our glitches too but what made them easier to fix was the great attitude they had. And none of the glitches were big- they were all small and able to be fixed. We had a good team of workers and Tom oversaw the project. We want to say that he was the shining star!! His attitude and work ethic is beyond awesome. They protected all our belongings that were left behind in the house. Overall, the project was complete in the timeline that was promised to us. They have treated us like family throughout this time that we have known them. If we were to need anything else done to our home, we will certainly hire Sami and Sons again.

Our home was built in the early 1970s and still had the original fixtures as well as oven and cabinets. And although things were still functional, many other things were falling apart or needed to be replaced. Naturally we decided to go with Sami and Sons to do our renovation because I knew they would do quality work for a reasonable price, and I have already built up so much trust and respect for them over the past couple of months on smaller home repairs & projects. Our kitchen renovation turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Beautiful, open, bright, clean, modern, and functional. Everyone has been asking who our contractor was and loves how it has turned out. Sami & Sons worked with me every step of the way. Sami & Tom were extremely helpful and responsive to any last minute changes I wanted to make. They would always make any accommodations for what I wanted. Our main contractor Carlos was very nice, easy to work with, and honest in what he thought could be improved to make things better. Any problems that arose were handled right away. Their customer service was five stars from start to finish. My family and I are extremely happy and pleased with how our kitchen renovation came out that we will continue to work with Sami & Sons for any future house renovations/projects and have recommended them to other families and friends. We are even looking into remodeling our master bedroom/bathroom next. Choosing Sami & Sons was the best decision we made because our home is like new again. Sami did a major remodeling of our house. He was on budget and in time and we love our new house. During the remodeling we lived in a near by hotel, which probably expedited the project, but added to the cost. The on time delivery was greatly appreciated. Sami is a pleasure to work with, he delivered on every single promise. If people consider a project without contractor, my answer is, you don’t know what you are getting into, especially when it comes to inspectors, code enforcers and other city/county officials that somehow have to say something about your house: Sami was just great. We are planning an additional project with Sami, can’t get enough!

My wife and I were having a hard time trying to locate a contractor that would come to provide us with an estimate . I reached out to Sami and sons and within a couple hours I was able to schedule an estimate for the following day. Sami The owner personally came out and gave me a reasonable estimate to which they started on the remodel process on our kitchen within a couple days of the estimate . They were on time and on budget with no hidden costs. My wife and I were very pleased with the outcome. We would use Sami’s service again for other jobs around our house.

We needed a kitchen remodel done. After having a few contractors over for an estimate a friend of ours highly recommended that we go with Sami & Sons. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! Their prices were very competitive, but more so was there knowledge, punctuality, and honesty. Very rare in this business. Job came out great and on time. If anything comes up, you call Sami and he's right there for you. A contractor that's your friend as well. I would definitely recommend them. We wanted to sell our house and we needed a basic renovation on the floors and walls. The realtor also wanted us to knock down the wall in between the kitchen and living room to give a more open feel. Matan came over quick and got the job done. I would definitely hire them again.

Sami renovated a bedroom in our house to be an office for my husband. I made it about three weeks before jealousy overcame me. He had this awesome space with a new window seat and I had a junky old garage. I talked to (begged) my husband and he said he loved his new space so much if we had Sami do the job himself personally I could outfit our garage. Guys, it looks like a showroom for fancy cars with names I can’t pronounce. Black and white tile, a full on tool wall that made life so much easier. In the corner I have a cave with painted walls and a built in TV stand. I even had them put an outlet in over there so I can have a small refrigerator. My living room flooring was fake wood and scratched up from my dogs paws. The wall was white and so boring. I hated hanging out in there. I bought new furniture and a new entertainment unit thinking it would help liven the room up but all I could see were the scratches and boring wall. I was tired of it so I went on Houzz and found Sami and Sons. Matan came out to see me two days later and it wasn’t soon enough. We decided to repaint my walls an eggshell blue to match the new sofa and white entertainment center. Then instead of wood flooring Matan suggested we go with tile so the dog won’t scratch it up when he’s playing. The work was done FAST. It’s not fun being under construction and the company totally got that. They sent me movie tickets for my partner and I as a gateway from the noise.I want to renovate everything in my house now.

From the first appointment with Sami I knew I wanted to work with Sami and Sons. They are a family company and they definitely made me feel like family. We’ve lived in our house for 20 years and everything felt outdated.I really wanted a new kitchen now that I’m retired and can spend more time cooking. Sami knew exactly what I wanted and he also knew a ton of things I didn’t know I wanted, like brighter walls create a more open feeling in a kitchen. We chose a beautiful yellow paint and paired it with an off-white tile. I”m so happy being in my kitchen! The new island that we installed is fantastic for baking and having breakfast. I showed Sami the stools I envisioned buying for the kitchen and he built the island at the perfect height for them. Next up is my master bathroom and there’s no one I trust more than Sami and Sons!

The crew was always on time and they finished my living room faster than I expected. Not only that, they gave me a pretty good price and I am definitely happy with that. We worked with Shon and he did a spectacular job . He is fast communicator and very dedicated. He did our entire kitchen, two bathrooms, floor , electric, lighting and painting with no issues. Shon was responsive over the phone , emails and especially text messages. It was great we were always able to reach him for our questions and advice throughout the process. We absolutely love the work that Sami & Sons Remodeling did for us. We converted our much-too-small master bedroom bathroom and closet to a larger bathroom with steam shower and walk-in cedar wardrobe. We had very specific requirements for the project - we wanted Sami&Sons Remodeling to employ products and methods that were healthy and environmentally conscientious. Wow, what a great job these guys have done on my kitchen. Sami and Sons Remodeling will probably perfect any project they sign up for. The project manager was on top of everything I asked of him. He kept track of the project progress. The construction workers were professional and organized. I could tell they meticulously planned the execution of my kitchen remodeling step by step. The granite countertops were completed first. Shortly after the cabinets were installed. Then they started working on the flooring. The style of each refurbishment was exactly what I requested. What I liked about the way they worked was specifically how they had me sign off on each part of the project before proceeding, causing minimalistic confusion or a loss of productivity. I wish more companies were thoughtful and considerate of their customers enough to have this approach to the project. It would make a huge difference and produce a better end result. I applaud Sami and Sons Remodeling for exhibiting betterment amongst the competition. I recommend them!

Shon did a good job for us. We wanted a row of bricks removed from our mantel and they took care of it. They hung plastic everywhere to minimize dust and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. My husband had a question about the work after it was done so Shon came out and redid it without us even asking him to. His subcontractor accidentally broke a lamp while he was finishing the second repair and Sami &sons remodeling reimbursed us for the expense. I will definitely use them again when needed!!

We recently bought a house and the master bathroom was not what we wanted. It was very large but for some reason only had an outdated standing shower and no tub. We also wanted a larger open shower with multiple shower heads. Also it's kind of weird having all of that space and no bathtub. We didn't make it easy for him with the bathtub either. We wanted a sunken bathtub. With The open shower and the tub we went to design. Sami and Sons has a ton of cool tile and color options for your bath. Sami wasn't the cheapest proposal we received, but he promised us as long as we didn't deviate from the proposal there would be no change orders. He came through on every promise he made. My review would be longer but I have a bathtub to visit! We are SUPER HAPPY CUSTOMERS

I consider myself a baker. My kitchen has always been a sore spot for me. I wanted an island where I could pound out dough but everything looked like it was from the 70s. I started shopping for contractors in December. When I met with Sami he gave me a quote and told me there wouldn't be any change orders as long as I didn't change my mind about anything. He wasn't the cheapest but his years of experience showed in every way. I had gone a little Pinterest crazy. It was my first remodel and I had a board with about a million ideas. Sami patiently guided me through what my space and budget could do. Sami also promised me he had crews at the ready because they maintain a schedule that doesn't overextend the company. My renovation was done super fast with the quality Sami's customers have come to expect. I am so happy with my remodel. I've added a photo of the first cupcakes I baked in my new kitchen. I can't wait to do my bathrooms with Sami!

I am very happy with the work Sam & Sons did in my bathrooms. I had to remodel 3 bathrooms and they did an amazing job. They installed new sinks, cabinets, bath tubs, counters and 1 shower I was very impressed. What I like about them most is that they are perfectionist and very professional. Sami and Sons Remodeling is a great family company, the whole team were very polite throughout the entire process. They made the remodeling very easy for us and very affordable, which was a huge help. They did a wonderful job remodeling our 2 bathrooms and the balcony, with so much detail and speed, that it felt as if they were hardly there. We have been working with Sami, Shon and Tom for over 2 years in around the Bay Area. As an architectural design professional, I really enjoy completing projects after projects with them. They are easy to work with, very responsive, honest, and they care about the home owners' budget, time and expectations. Construction is always a heavy task. But Sami and his team make it easier for everyone, including me as a designer. Their team keeps the progress updated and provides all the roles enough information in time for decision making. They do have the experience to deliver a quality service. And from the design point of view, Sami is experienced and can provide really good solutions and material suggestions. In a project, his fast feedback allowed us to change the operable skylights to a better size to save some money for the client.
