About Us

We are an interior design firm that specializes in kitchen ann bathroom designs, as well as new contruction, remodels, and home decor. We create full 3d renderings, so each client can visualize their actual space beforeconstruction ever takes place. We make the whole remodeling process as stress free as possible for you by managing the project, ordering and picking up supplies, selecting paint colors, fixtures, making sure the design is implemented as agreed upon, and by being available when challenges come up. We work as a team with the contractor of your choice. We believe you can’t have a great kitchen without a great design, and without great construction there is no great design! We stand by our mission, which is to provide quality designs and to serve with integrity. We are Christians and do our best to show every client the Love of the Lord by the service we provide.

Shayla was a referral from my beautician and WOW! I had never met her, but I'm so glad I went with her expertise and services! She upscaled my entire home! She's friendly, personable, trustworthy, patient (I was probably more indecisive than the average client) & an absolute GENIUS at her craft! She is budget-conscience (and realistic .. which I can appreciate) and truly keeps the client's design taste in mind. I was SO surprised at how much she made my budget stretch! I gave her the keys to my house (trustworthy) and let her do her thing! The entire process was super easy - she managed the design, construction and staging process and provided guidance on resale value, current trends, etc. For all my future project needs, she will now be my go-to person!

SMZ Homes worked with us to open up and update our 35 year old kitchen, powder room and Guest bathroom. Her design turned out beautifully and she had me choose all of the different elements for my new spaces. When we had general contractor issues, Shayla found qualified professionals to come in and finish the job for us. This was very much appreciated. She also was on site every day to monitor progress and troubleshoot.

Shayla of SMZ LUXE assisted me in a full house renovation. The project was overwhelming for one person to handle and she was there to shop with me both online and in person and help to narrow down the millions of choices involved in the remodel of a 4 bedroom, 5.5 bath, plus kitchen project. She is a kind and patient person who is up on the latest home trends . Most importantly for me was that she worked with my budget to beautify our home. I would recommend her as a knowledgeable professional who knows her stuff and enjoys what she does. A pleasure to know and work with.
