“As an Interior Decorator I have worked with and been exposed to many trades and contractors, our experience with Earthscape was a dream. All staff is zealous about their work and you really sense that they want to be there for you to achieve the desired result. Earthscape constructed a drystack retaining wall in our backyard and a waterfall into our pool. Our initial consultation with Mark generated many great ideas and we easily came together to finalize the design decisions. The crew was on site everyday and amazingly the wall was finished on time and on budget despite terrible rain and mud. “We had our entire backyard taken from nothing to a dream oasis. Richard and his positive, respectful crew, worked with us until every detail we envisioned was a reality. They began by setting the grades for the entire project including the work to be done by our pool contractor. After that, they created natural retaining for our very sloped yard, constructed a concrete sports pad, laid flag stone, built a natural stone BBQ, fireplace, water fall, and pool house. C - CREATION AND CONSULTATION: Throughout this phase of the project, Harry Gelderman visited our home a few times to see and discuss the areas in our front, side and back yards that I was interested in having improved. He was an active listener as I shared my wishes and ideas, and offered good suggestions to be considered. With his team, he was diligent in creating a design that was both plausible as well as aesthetically pleasing. The final design reflected a shared understanding of what I had chosen and desired. A - ACCOUNTABILITY: Harry was diligent in meeting or exceeding his promised timelines, and was very quick to respond to the many emails I sent throughout the process. Quotes and the “Scope of Work” were promptly provided. Workers certainly arrived early (7:00 AM) and put in full days of hard work. Harry also managed sub-contractors for some portions of the work (eg. paving, stone selection, sod) and all sub-contracted companies also performed at a stellar calibre. R - RESPECT: All transactions were professional and respectful. A positive sense of humour was evident and their receptiveness to my ongoing commentary, input and praise was always received with the utmost respect. I enjoyed the levity which enhanced the confidence and trust developed between me and all who worked here, especially Jay. Respect for my neighbour’s property was also evident as our massive project unfolded, and clean up each night was well done. This was greatly appreciated. E- EVIDENCE: The true test of a company’s efficacy is in both the process and the product. The process to achieve the desired goals exemplified their “service-oriented” mindset and delivery. As the project evolved and when I got new ideas or when queries surfaced, all workers were attentive, accommodating, and diligent in ensuring I would be happy with the product. “I had hired burl- oak landscaping for my backyard project which involved a patio made of interlocking stones which I'm very pleases with they began working the same time they said they start the crew were very punctual and showed up on time every morning for work, they were respectful and very mindful of the other neighbours and kids around this crew was well managed, Louay was very professional and approachable he's a nice guy who really knows what he's doing with that said I'm really happy with the end results”

“Our front yard was uninspiring and boring (paving stones leftover from the original housebuilders design 13 yrs prior). We contacted Eco Landscape Design and from our initial meeting, we were impressed and excited at their creativity, professionalism and knowledge. In brief: Eco Landscape Design was amazing. We had our front yard and side yard completely redone. The hardscaping that was designed was exactly what we wanted, and their attention to detail during the work and afterwards was appreciated. Their knowledge of plants and willingness to incorporate our ideas during the landscape design phase really distinguished them from other options we had looked into. “I hired Sean previously to install a pond garden with a waterfall. He did a lovely job and has reliably helped to maintain the garden and pond, as needed. I also hired Sean to plant numerous trees on our property. He is very knowledgeable and we were delighted with the trees he planted. When a few died ( this happens) he replaced them as needed. This year I hired Sean to install a fountain on our big pond. This involved digging a trench from the house to the pond for the wiring as well as installing the fountain hardware and the fountain itself. (The project completion date and cost set out below is for this project). He did a beautiful job. His crew is polite and they clean up everything before they leave. Sean has a commitment to promote the planting of non-invasive, native plants, which I appreciate. I anticipate hiring him in the future for future plantings/projects on our property.”

“I hired Planit Green twice because they did such a great job the first time (2012) I called them for another project (2014). They re-did my entire back yard...took up all old patio stones & replaced it with beautiful interlocking, installed a stone waterfall on the pool, put in gardens...did all of the planting, built in gas bar-b-que, privacy screen, built a pergola. Last Fall I had Planit Green come back & replace the steps on the side of the house. I can not say enough about this company, they are extremely professional, always had the job done when promised, all of the workers were very friendly & answered any questions I had related to the job.
