My spouse and I immediately established a high comfort level with Scott. He listened to our ideas and developed a design for hardscape pavers, exterior lighting and a fountain. After reviewing the proposal I asked to increase the paver surface which he gladly did on on a timely basis. Initially I was concerned that what we wanted was too small of a job for his company, but that was not the case. It was impressive that he offered both a price for the entire job and for individual yard enhancements. The project was started within a week of the target date and was completed within eight working days. There was a five man crew here for five full days and a three person crew for an additional three days the following week. They did a superior job, were very polite, and cleaned up the area beautifully. The deposit was reasonable and the price was favorable given the quality. I never sought a price from another company.

We presented CMS with a challenge: Design and build a beautiful paver patio allowing us to enjoy our gorgeous golf course view. They met and exceeded the challenge. We absolutely love our paver patio and so do all our guests as well as all the golfers walking by. Very responsive, creative and excellent following up well after the project was completed.

We had a great experience working with Scott and CMS Landscapes on our patio from design to finish. Few things stood out about our experience with Scott: 1. Awesome end-product: We love the patio that Scott has built for us. It was exactly what we were hoping for. 2. Visual design process: He worked through several iterations of designs with us. Best part was the 3D visualization software. 3. Hassle-free working experience: Scott took complete ownership from translating designs in to engineering drawings, working with town to get permit approval, coordinating all the sub-contractors, and getting the project completed. Moreover, the project was done on budget that we aligned at the beginning of the project with small changes that were largely driven by design changes we made. Throughout the process, Scott was very professional. We will definitely use Scott and CMS landscapes again for future work and would highly recommend to others.

As we prepared to repair and replace our patio & planting beds we struggled to find a partner with the proper knowledge to design and complete the work. We found Scott, who impressed us with his hands on approach and promptness in designing and ultimately completing the work. His workers were excellent and both he and his team were easy to deal with and flexible with changes that made our re-design a success.

We hired CMS to redesign our fenced-in backyard. Working with Scott during the design process was easy and enjoyable. He used technology to alter the plans realtime and had great ideas both from a designer perspective and cost effectiveness. During construction, they came in to demo our existing shed, deck and pavers and regrade our grass to completely transform our backyard. We had a small deck installed using a composite material, modern railings, modern stone pavers, landscaping and new sod. Scott was also able to transplant existing bushes and flowers, saving us significant cost on plants. Scott and his two crews came in and knocked out the project in 5 Days and did an amazing job! We highly recommend working with CMS and will look to hire Scott and his crews again.
