I was referred to Erin Wagner by a mutual colleague who said, “I think you’ll really like her and she’ll be a great fit for what you are trying to accomplish.” Let me start off by saying…He was 110% correct! As the owner of Orlando Construction Inc, I have worked with many designers and have an eye for who is going to be a great fit for a specific project. My husband and I are developing and growing the ChamBurn Farm in Oregon City to incorporate a covered outdoor entertaining space with kitchen, full landscaping including vegetable garden and fruit orchard, and pedestrian connectivity throughout the property. Erin first met with us to view the property and “LISTEN” to our needs, wants, and desires. And SHE DID LISTEN!!! She returned after our visit with a draft schematic of a Landscape Master Plan. The plan included nearly everything we expressed to her during our visit with additional thoughtful ideas that she developed during the design process. She developed her design for our project with precision and purpose. We were very impressed with the plan, discussed some tweaks and ideas, and proceeded with developing a final plan. The final plan included the functional layout and a planting plan. Erin Wagner's design turned our non functional backyard wasteland into a useable and playful outdoor living space. She listened to our ideas and desires and contributed her knowledge of outdoor living spaces as an extension of our mid century modern home. Moreover, she was available for questions and amenable to minor changes during construction of the project. Erin Wagner Design is well worth the investment!

Erin is amazing. She designed both the front and back yard of my first house, and I liked it so much, and loved working with her so much, that I hired her again almost 10 years later for a backyard project. Erin has great ideas, and her designs are gorgeous, but what I really appreciate about her is her ability to listen, and her responsiveness to different ideas. I was very enthusiastic about this project and bombarded her with pictures (via Houzz) and ideas, and she listened to every one, and incorporated the good ones. I can't say enough good things about her.

Erin designed my whole yard front and back with new plants, paths, and patio. She was a pleasure to work with. She listened to what I wanted and made the changes I requested promptly and patiently. I'm looking forward to watching our garden grow!

Erin is wonderful. She listens and has great advice. Our project included a hot tub, multiple terraces and different needs for each area.
