We started interviewing Landcore summer of 2023 knowing we had a significant project but had no clue how significant. We had way too many ideas and no direction. We got our plans & sat on them while we worked on some drainfield issues before investing in landscape work. Little did we know that our drainfield issues were directly related to our drainage/ landscaping issues. Once we realized the depth of our issues and conveyed it to Landcore, they were attentive and quick to think through solutions. Ezra even came out in the pouring rain to assess the situation which was critical in evaluating the scope of our project. Ezra quickly jumped in to provide some immediate relief while waiting for materials. He outlined the materials and cost, making it clear where we might need more as we progressed. He even thought through area of our yard we didn't have in scope b/c he knew it would be a problem or best addressed at this time. He had good forethought. I give all these details on how our journey started because focus and attentiveness never waivered throughout the project which ended up being 360 around the house. Ezra knew what needed to happen and cast a vision. He was patient when we couldn't wrap our head around it all. Even when there were the unexpected challenges, he presented options and helped weigh how to go forward based on budget and needs. There's nothing this team does halfway. The stone work is amazing. They did our front steps, columns, walls, and pathways. They even fixed the stone on our house facade! All our driveway issues are fixed. I'm a gardener and I love the way he placed all the plants and left room for me to put my own touches. Now we have our own stunning oasis and no more drainage issues! The end product is more beautiful than anything we imagined. So grateful!

I chose Landcore based on several excellent recommendations from their customers and a very satisfying initial meeting with the owners. Landcore was an excellent choice. They are professional, extremely capable, efficient and very creative. The pride in their work permeates the entire company. The owners worked with me to help develop MY vision and then they delivered it. The project was large and included grading, several boulder walls, travertine work, a firepit, stepper pathways, and several dry creek beds and lots of plant material. They excelled at all aspects. Their workers are more craftsmen than laborers. I would highly recommend Landcore for any hardscape and landscape needs. In fact, we are starting a second phase soon.

Owner helped design the install; was open to my input. Gyrations installation crew. And they stood by their guaranty to replace plantings that didn’t make it.

Landcore (Ezra Goding) completed a full renovation of our aging back patio and pool surround in early January 2023. We are extremely pleased with our transformed outdoor living and entertaining space! We had the pleasure to work with John Mark Goding with Landcore Landscape to help us create a magnificent backyard we had always dreamed of. Years prior we had our backyard done by another local company and it didn't last do to the lack of follow up when we noted issues and lack of communication from the owner. We had such a pleasant experience we found additional projects like a hardscape walkway at our homes front and side entryway to have them complete which looks amazing. Landcore designed and constructed a gorgeous walkway into my backyard. They are very professional in all aspects, and the finished product is the highest quality. I have used them on several stone projects and garden creations and have been very satisfied!

I have been a satisfied customer of this local family owned company since 2018. Mark and Ezra solved my drainage and erosion problem and have worked with me on several projects to transform my property into a showplace in the neighborhood. From hardscaping, flagstone porch and walkway, to planning focal point beds, moving bushes to accent lighting, they do it all. They turn my ideas into reality step by step with their expertise as my budget allows. This month they removed Skip Laurel bushes from a crowed bed and placed them on the edge of a bank in the back yard. The front bed was replanted with a border of Gardenia, two Camellia bushes on trellises, on the garage wall with my bird bath in between, and stepping stones with Creeping Jenny. The area looks much bigger and shows off the stone wall below my dining room window! I couldn't be happier with the results of all the work they have done, and I highly recommend them for any project you my have.

Mark, Ezra and their hard working crew did a fantastic job! We had a privacy and drainage issue which they took care of with an artistic flair. They recommended fast growing beautiful trees which provided us with instant privacy. We would highly recommend them. Thanks for the great job Landcore!

Choosing Landcore for our yard project was the best choice we could have made. They were awesome and did a great job! Mark made sure he knew exactly what we wanted and we were all on the same page and it didn’t matter how many times he had to come out and go over it. He reassured us on everything as we went along in the process. He has a way of making sure he explains things and gives his ideas of what he feels would be good options.
