Jim took a lot of time going through the planned work with us before anything began, and gave us a lot of great advice. His work crew was very professional, and listened to any feedback we had while the project was underway. Jim was very flexible as we made changes to the plans while the work progressed. The end result looks beautiful, especially the fire pit and the lights throughout the yard. Since the work was completed, Jim has been great about following up with a few outstanding issues we still had.

We have hired Reynold's Landscape for two projects. Landscaping and hardscape. Already planning on a 3rd phase next year. Excellent communication throughout and workers are on time and professional. They worked with our needs and had great vision for the finished project.

After having Reynolds do our much larger garden on English Hill nine years ago Reynolds was the natural choice to do our back garden in Trilogy. Reynolds started with a handicap in that the garden area was limited. In spite of this Reynolds was able to overcome the limitation and come up with a great game plan that is comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Besides Reynolds' creative design ability they are easy to deal with and never considers a job complete until the homeowner is totally satisfied. Reynolds is fair, responsive, and trustworthy.

It’s not like we planned to let the backyard fall apart – we’re good people! But between kids, work, other chores, and just letting it get out of hand a little bit more each summer . . . well, we just finally gave up. And it showed. After several failed plans to do something on our own, we started to research landscapers and have them come out and give us some feedback. We met some nice people from well-received landscape businesses, but when Jim Reynolds walked through our door, we knew within about ten minutes we had found our guy. What Jim did more than anyone else we talked with was listen. He heard my wife she said she wanted a place to read, he was paying attention when we talked about wanting a space that could be easily maintained, and he listened very closely when we started talking about our budget range. The pictures speak for themselves. Reynolds Landscape took a backyard that looked like something out of a Stephen King story (seriously, if you peer into the corner with the overgrown weeds you’ll see a clown . . . a clown I tell ya!) and transformed it into a place where a person can stretch out in the sun and read all the books they want – Stephen King included. Jim and his crew at Reynolds Landscape were superlative in all aspects of the project. There was great communication with what was being done and when it would be completed, the crew in the backyard were always thoughtful and conscientious, the folks Jim brought in to do the electrical and construction were outstanding professionals, and the project was completed a bit early and was on budget (and as we needed to make some changes, Jim was always giving us options as to how we could make the most with the money we wanted to spend). Oh, and did I mention it looks AMAZING!!! Both my wife and I feel like we just added another room to our house – and we find ourselves just sitting out there and smiling because we are so happy with how it turned out. And neither of us have seen any clowns . . . not one . . .

We are delighted with the design and work that brought it to life. The yard looks so wonderful, we can’t believe it! Braden and his crew were phenomenal artisans and couldn’t have been nicer or more respectful. Tehia was very patient and helpful throughout, along with being the creator of the wonderful design. Excellent stone work. Timely. Would use again. Met budget. Did lose plants along the way. Expected follow up calls and appointments as discussed but did not happen.

We hired Reynolds Landscape last year to redo our front yard. We had 2 large cedar trees removed the previous fall which gave us more light and more space to work with and needed an expert's advice on what we needed to do to make the yard more appealing. Jim and his team were great working with us on what we wanted to do concerning types of plants, trees and new front walkway. They offered us suggestions that we would have never considered on our own and worked with us to relocate some of our established plants to a better location in the yard. They started in on a cold Monday morning tearing up the lawn and old rockeries and by noon on Friday everything was completed and the grass seeded. His whole team was very professional and great to work with during the construction. Their work quality was excellent, they cleaned the job site after each days work and were able to meet the deadline and our budget. Jim or one of his team came by several times when we had questions on plant and lawn care. They also replaced a fir tree that within the first couple of months was turning brown and dying. All of the other plants and trees they planted are thriving.

Reynolds replaced a pitted aggregate concrete patio with stained cement in our back yard. The project resolved a water drainage. The work was completed professionally and on time.

Jim and his staff/crew do excellent work, are very professional and excellent communicators. In addition, we found the pricing to be competitive.

We've done two projects with Jim and the team from Reynolds Landscape and couldn't be happier with the results.
