We're sorry that you are disappointed in the black All Weather Gooseneck Light you purchased from our Discount Lighting section. Our company name is intentionally included in the mold design on the backing plate of our gooseneck lights. We are a proud manufacturer of American-made lights and, like many other companies, include our name on the product. If you look at your refrigerator, your computer, your car, and your TV, you will no doubt see brand names.
These fixtures are indeed non-returnable, but this is noted quite clearly in the product description which states in bold type Please Note: Not Eligible for Return or Additional Discounts. Again, we are sorry that you were disappointed in your fixture but feel that your one-star review is misleading to others.
