Cargo Cabbie provided reliable, and on time packing and moving services. I am always happy to promote businesses when they go the extra mile for their clients. As promised, here i am tellimg my story. I found the office staff to be a pleasure to deal with. From start to finish, the moving guys were all friendly, careful and yet extremely respectful of my home and family. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great crew of guys handled all my items with care. They were very professional and completed the move faster then expected. I would definitely book them again.

We used Cargo Cabbie to move from our 4 bedroom home in North York to our new house in Mississauga last week. Their professional team arrived on time and expedited the move within the estimated time frame we were quoted. What touched us most though was their compassion and understanding of how emotionally difficult this move was for our three children. The team made every effort to make the experience light and less traumatic, making them laugh and letting them help out here and there. We can’t thank you enough, for setting the children’s rooms up in the new house, making the transition much smoother than we anticipated.

This local company is highly professional and efficient. The girls working at the office are friendly and prompt to respond, always available to clarify any doubt. The movers are so well organized and fast, yet super careful and very clean. Definitely worth the money and highly suggested to anybody else out there looking for a completely stress-free move.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This was the worst experience I have ever had using any service. I was specifically told by Katerine from "customer service" that we had a priority hold on our date and all that was left was to send the pictures of what we were moving so they can accept our deposit. I found this quite strange that they wouldn't take a deposit but figured the date was held and we would finalize once I took the pictures. I asked Katerine to send an email confirming the priority hold which she never did. The next day I sent an email with the images and details to confirm the move and Kate responded that the date had been booked. I called Kate immediately and was quite upset and she told me there's no such thing as a priority hold & that's not part of their process. I wouldn't say Kate was rude but she certainly didn't care that I was upset or offer anything to make up for the experience. Additionally, she tried to make it seem like a miscommunication which it clearly was not. I was lied to. Basically, if you're looking for a complicated process, unreliable company, being lied to, and treated rudely when you call to complain then I guess I would recommend this company.

These guys are the absolute best! Their movers are extremely professional, efficient, and reassuring - I didn't know that moving could be stress-free like this. From coordinating with their fantastic office staff to sitting back and letting the moving crew wrap and transport the contents of my two bedroom condo to Markham, I couldn't have been happier with how everything went. This is the first time I used professional moving services, and I will never go back to cheap moving companies again. The difference in the quality of service makes the difference in cost totally worth it! Will definitely be recommending them and using them again in the future. Thanks for a great move!

I just moved from my old condo to a house and was totally amazed at how efficient they were. from the girls in the office to the guys who packed and moved everything. I didn't have to lift a finger except pack my suitcase. really awesome team they have. Thank you!!!

Packing artwork is a specialized service and Cargo Cabbie assured me that it would be no problem!! What a relief to see such professionalism from the booking agents, the packing and the moving team as a whole. It was clear that these movers were highly trained.
