Fresh Coats Painting

Fresh Coats painted my old maple cabinets. The crew was professional, clean and on time. Initially some areas were missed, but were corrected immediately. I began to notice premature wear in the cabinet paint about eight months in. I contacted Scott McKibbin. He personally came out, removed the cabinets doors, repainted and reinstalled within a week. There was never any questioning or hedging about fixing the paint. He even repaired a drawer that I had damaged. He also bought a piece of plexi and installed it near my stove to protect the new paint from stove splashes. Best customer service ever and my kitchen looks fabulous!

My wife and I very highly recommend Fresh Coats Painting. This was our third experience with Scott and his crew. Fantastic. This time they painted the entire inside of our house including cabinets. The entire house had been white or off-white for 25 years. We liked it but wanted to try something a little different that accentuated the trim a bit, but what color, or colors? We literally delayed this job for a year because we could not decide on what would look good and what we wanted. Maybe we should just repaint it white? Enter Scott. Within an hour after listening to us and discussing color in general, trends etc. we had a basic color scheme and plan: “Let’s try it. We can experiment. We can paint an accent wall, see if you like it. Go from there.” Scott’s flexibility, easy manner, and willingness to accommodate got this job off the ground. It pays to go with experience and nice people. Although Scott’s suggestions made sense, we never would have selected them on our own. It was an evolving process. Once the paint was on the wall, we understood better what Scott was talking about, how color, color intensity, and light interact. Thank you Scott. Fresh Coats Painting is not just Scott. For a homeowner, painting the interior is stressful and disruptive: What about the furniture? the floors? the wall hangings? the blinds? the door knobs? etc. The potential for making a mess in a hurry is great. If you are living in the home, like we were, then you interact every day throughout the day with the crew. Who wants to wake up dreading dealing with problems? It’s the crew and how they operate that cause anxiety or give you peace of mind. The entire Fresh Coats Painting crew is to be commended. They were friendly, professional, careful, clean, and very attentive to our needs—plus very knowledgeable about paint (we got good suggestions from them as well. Thanks Kevin). In a word, they were terrific. It makes a huge difference. Thank you crew. Finally, there is always some touchup, perhaps even caused by another job (in our case floors). No problems, no hassles, no worries. Just prompt service. We went originally with Fresh Coats Painting because of the reviews and price. After three times I can now add with confidence that you get professional consulting and a very pleasant experience for free.

Fresh Coats did a wonderful exterior paint job on our house. They are very diligent, hard working, and pay attention to detail. They kept right to their stated schedule and there were no surprises. All in all a great company.

Initially my cabinets were not washed down at all and not adequately sanded. I witnessed this. Therefore the paint easily came off in places. However, Fresh Coats came back to take care of the cabinets in question, and also repainted other areas to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company.

Scott and team are outstanding. We could not be more pleased and recommend them in the strongest terms. Scott provided perfect advice on colors. We had completely remodeled the house interior including new hardwood floors. Scott recommended a color scheme we hadn't considered (after many unsuccessful trials) which is exactly what we wanted but couldn't articulate. The quality of the painting is impeccable. There were no uneven areas and all lines were perfect. Their attention to detail is unparalleled. Their cleanup was flawless and overall level of professionalism is world class. Scott, Kevin, and the whole Fresh Coats team is amazing! They were so professional and nice, they answered all my questions in a timely manner and made us feel like our business was a priority. We had our brown wooden kitchen cabinets painted white, and they seriously look like brand new completely different cabinets - you would never know they have been painted versus replaced. The service took 5 days total which was super quick and we were excited and grateful to have a brand new kitchen in such a short amount of time. They took painstaking detail and care into making sure they did the job correctly, it was so nice to have that peace of mind. Lastly, the price was so reasonable. My husband and I feel like we elevated the look and feel of our home without the insane price tag of a whole kitchen remodel. Overall, we are just so happy with the level or service provide for such a great price. We'll refer Fresh Coats to anyone who is looking to update their home.

These guys are very professional and easy to work with. Scott explained everything when he came over for an estimate, and everything went as he said it would. They painted our wood kitchen cabinets. They came out great. Minimum inconvenience and they actually finished a full day early! All very professional and friendly...

We bought a neglected older house and chose Fresh Coats Painting for the exterior painting because they had the best reviews and price. Wow, we are so happy we went with Scott and his team. Aside from being fast, efficient, on time and neat, they are soooo nice! Their prep work was amazing----powerwashing, scraping and sanding the old paint, then filling in gaps due to years of neglect, and then the careful and perfect painting.
