About Us

We are a residential organizing company. Our style is one of keeping things effortless and beautiful. The systems we put in place are simple to understand and easy to maintain. We want you to be able to find things when you want them, find putting things away a breeze, and to create spaces in your home that function without thought. The easier we make it for you – the longer your house will maintain it’s organizational foundation. We use products that have clean lines, simple structure and little color. Our objective is to use items that are functional, yet visually appealing with the ultimate goal of creating spaces that are calm and peaceful. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and the ability to deliver the details efficiently and expeditiously. We will not consider the job complete until every box is labeled, every goal on your list checked and a report from you stating that you are completely satisfied!

Squared Away is an extremely trustworthy company that can handle all of your unpacking needs in the most kind and efficient way. I was tied up with work during a 6 week period while moving with two young children. Squared Away unpacked me and organized me while doing it. They were so careful and courteous as to the "unknown" piles that we all have and worked hard in simplifying things to an extraordinary degree. They made an incredibly stressful situation incredibly pleasant and wonderful. I would call on them again (and have!) in a heartbeat.

Over the last 15 plus years, Julie and her team have helped me with numerous home organizational projects. With each project I have been amazed and so happy with the outcome. Julie and her team are true professionals and delightful to work with. The last project was several spaces in my home such as the master closet, kitchen, linen closet and home office. Not only did these spaces turn out perfectly organized but they turned out beautiful as well. My husband and I put our house on the market shortly after the project and with Squared Aways help we were able to sell our home quickly.

I hired Squared Away several times over the past 7 years for organizing and help with purging and give some normalcy in my home and life. They also helped me with 2 huge moves and I was out of town for a few days with each move. Squared Away supervised the movers as well as unpacked a major portion of our belongings. Julie Hibbs takes her job very seriously and gives the most personal attention to making your home in such an organized state. She has great people working for her and gives fabulous and ideal service. She does it ALL for you and will go out of her way to accommodate your every need. I couldn't recommend Squared Away more highly. I am extremely proud of all the magic touches that Julie and her staff have provided in each of my 3 homes.

I have used Squared Away frequently for approximately 10 years. They are the best in the business at projects large and small. They have done everything from organizing closets and setting up filing systems to handling my entire move to new home. In addition to tackling organizational projects, I also use them to maintain home on regular basis. They are honest, dependable, efficient, professional and I would never consider using anyone else for my organizational needs.

Squared Away is hand's-down, my go to source for organization! I am an Interior Designer and hire them exclusively for residential projects. I appreciate a well-edited, organized space, and Julie Hibbs and Crew master that task by helping remove the clutter, not to mention, organize it with such style! When we begin a new project, I always ask the client to allow for this resource in our budget. It is as important as a new piece of art or antique rug!

No matter how big or small, Squared Away is the company to choose. Julie Hibbs and her staff are on time, efficient and very affordable. They can help with designing a closet, cataloging photos, organizing drawers and cabinets. I have used her company to put all my Christmas decorations away, clean out my kitchen drawers, design my master closet etc. The company is awesome! I am a custom closet designer for SpaceMan Home & Office. I have been working with Squared Away and their clients for 9 years. We work very closely together on the closet designs, garage designs, home office designs for their clients, insuring that all inventory has been accounted for (everything has its place). Once we manufacture and install our custom cabinetry, Squared Away comes in and makes our stuff look fabulous. I love Squared Away and I love Julie Hibbs. I recently moved into a pretty new home my husband and I built after becoming empty nesters. Everything about it was prefect, until we moved our things in that is. It was total chaos! Lucky for us, a friend told me about Julie Hibbs and her company, Squared Away. They literally saved the day, and probably weeks of my time trying to organize everything. Julie's team started in our kitchen, placing everything in a workable and efficient manner. Then, they tackled our mud room, laundry room, my study, and finally our bedroom closets. I could have not been more pleased with this service. Her team was efficient, respectful, and speedy. I highly recommend Squared Away!

Kitchen/Pantry organization: I met with the owner and reviewed the areas I needed organizing. She made a few recommendations; move cleaning supplies out, additional shelves in the pantry, take one lower cabinet and make into a pull-out trash, etc. Then she scheduled for 2 of her assistants to return and work their magic. The before/after pictures tell the whole story. It's a life changing experience. I love being organized.
