SSE finished siding our 92 year old home and its like a new house now. Alex and the team exceeded our expectations in every way, from removing the old cedar shingles to accommodating our flower boxes and trellis, no detail was overlooked. We couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship and the final product is beautiful.

Alex and Art stopped by to check up on me. I appreciate their efforts in addressing all my questions. We hired SSE to remove the Masonite siding from our home and re-side it with seamless steel siding. We were extremely pleased with the job SSE did. Their employees were polite and easy to work with. They even cleaned up after themselves which we appreciated. We have received many compliments on how good our house looks now. In fact, after the siding was completed, our city inspector stopped by to check it and said it was one of the best siding jobs he has ever seen. He was impressed by the high quality job SSE did on our home. As are we! We would hire this company again.

My wife and I purchased a house in an area that we loved. The house was less than desirable. We worked with Spotless and Seamless and they built us our home. They had wonderful design ideas that we would have never imagined. The before and after pictures are fantastic. This is much more than a seamless siding company. They basically rebuilt our home from the ground up. Foundations, Framing, HVAC, Plumbing, Electric, Windows, Roofing, and the list goes on. We were were so pleased we referred them to my wife's boss (dangerous right) They exceeded her expectations as well. Fantastic company with fantastic people!

I contracted SSE to install seamless steel siding on my house. They did a beautiful job on the installation, answered all my questions during and after the installation. They were very concerned about providing a quality installation and that I as a customer was satisfied with all aspects of the job. Spotless and Seamless did an outstanding job. Alex (one of the owners) did an excellent job of explaining the proposal and answering our questions. Their price was less than the bid we had for precut steel siding. Alex stopped by each day to see if we had questions and make sure the project was moving along on schedule. They started on time and completed when they promised. The crew was excellent and asked questions as they went to make sure all the details were correct. They did a number of small repairs and extra things as they went and did not quibble about more money. Incredible service in today's world. The stone work is excellent as was the roof. The house looks like it was built yesterday instead of almost 35 years ago. Even after it was completed, Alex stopped by to make sure everything met our expectations. By far the best contactor we have worked with in the Twin Cities and we don't hesitate to recommend Spotless and Seamless.
