Horizon Solar Power

They are helpful and do what they say until the panels are installed. I've been waiting 4 months to have the tiles on my roof fixed from when they installed the panels and broke them. I've also haven't seen any incentive money from them, the original sales guys told me he drops it off after the panels are installed... when I call about these two items the answers are always, it's some other department fault. I wouldn't do it!

Everything seemed to be fine until the installation and the inspection. The installation crew smoked on my front yard, spoke with foul language, played very loud offensive music, and left trash in the street and in my back yard. There were even parts that I found in my pool. It took three times spanning two months to pass the city inspection. When all was said and done, the rains came and I ended up having a roof leak when the panels were installed. They are in the process of repairing the leak and ceiling damage, but I cannot recommend this company.

Excellent work, start to finish! The job went quick and painless---just how I like it. Everything went just how they said it would.

I had been researching Solar options for about 3 years. As a Civil Engineer by trade, I tend to analyse everything to achieve the best solution. Horizon Solar is the best by far. From the initial meeting to final installation and approval, the Horizon staff was amazing. We have been up and running for almost 9 months and it is one of our best home improvement decisions. I highly recommend Horizon Solar. As a matter of fact I do. Most of my Civil Engineering projects are custom single-family homes and I refer Horizon Solar to all my Clients.

I am not one that typically writes online reviews, but in this case I felt it necessary to write one. After dealing with four or five solar salesman from companies that will remain unnamed I was frustrated with the industry overall. Their lack of professionalism and in many cases knowledge of their own product was unacceptable. I thought solar was not going to happen until I received a call from Seth Bruins from Horizon Solar. I warned him it would be a tough sell. His professionalism, and his willingness not to BS me with company marketing fluff close the deal that day. Their team guided me through HOA and other necessary approvals, Their installation team showed up on time, did a great job with as little disruption as possible. Their roof and production guarantees were also important to my decision. Since April we have produced in excess of of guaranteed production. My Palm Springs area electric bills were outrageous I couldn’t be happier with my new Horizon Solar System. I’ve been telling all my friends and neighbors about it…Did I mention about their referral program!.

I recommend Horizon Solar to everyone who doesn't have solar for their homes. They were efficient, on time, cleaned up all left over boxes, etc, crew didn't leave any garbage from their lunches, and every one of them was friendly and courteous. It was a pleasant experience on top of lowering my Edison electric bill by a significant amount.
