Vault provides receiving, storage, delivery, and installation services to the Interior Design Trade. Based on decades of experience as a successful interior designer, Jane David joined forces with her son, Rick Goodwin, to create a virtual one-stop shop for designers and high-end furniture retailers. From a small 900 sqare foot warehouse and a rented truck, Vault now utilizes more than 20,000 square feet of air-conditioned storage space and operates a fleet of company-owned vehicles. Vault was developed with the discriminating designer and showroom in mind. Our extra effort is unique in this day of "drop and go" services and will be appreciated by you and your customers. We take the time to anticipate your needs, we come to the job prepared, and we stay until you and your clients are completely satisfied. Warehousing - Designer Delivery - Moving & Storage

5 Reviews for Vault Moving and Storage | Designer Delivery
I recently used Vault Designer Delivery for an out of state move and I could not have been happier. They did everything they said they would do and more!! Their staff was courteous and professional! They carefully wrapped and moved our entire house and everything showed up in perfect condition except for a scratch on an end table which they quickly repaired. !! Don’t hesitate to use this Company!!!
As a Realtor in Jupiter, FL. I have referred many of my clients to Vault Moving and storage over the years. Each of them have raved about the high level of service they've received. I can highly recommend Rick and his staff!
everything went smoothly from the time the call was made till the final touches for our move, they are professional and timely.
Vault has handled 3 moves for us since 2012. I would like to write a positive review because they have some good people working for them who are conscientious, but unfortunately I cannot. They have a pesky habit of losing items which, when questioned, fall back to their inventory list which they have you sign at move out/move in. No homeowner in the middle of a move can reasonably be expected to audit such a list and be 100% accurate in its assessment, frankly, that's the mover's job! After the most recent move, they refused to account for our missing items, falling back on the inventory list. Why was the list incomplete? We will never know. They also caused some minor damage to furniture which was forgotten until reminded. If using them, be very careful and take the time to audit their list. Or find a more reliable mover who will return 100% of your property to you!
