Before forming J.I.P. Construction, Mr. Pineda worked in his trade for more than 12 years. The company is very proud of its reputation for completing projects within the defined budget and schedule.

I recently had the pleasure of working with JIP construction team for my front stair and patio and I cannot praise them enough for their outstanding work. From start to finish, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

I have had Alfonso and his team come back to my home for three different projects over the last several years. First was a full rip out and replacement of my crumbling front porch and walk. He replaced it with a multi-level bluestone stoop and patio that has wrap-around steps. Next was replacing the side entrance stoop to match the front. And just this spring they ripped up a dilapidated concrete driveway, designed the replacement and installed pavers. After each project neighbors would stop and tell me how beautiful they came out. Alfonso is responsive, comes when he says he will, does what he says he will, stands behind his work and does it with the highest level of craftsmanship. And, he does it at a very reasonable price. I have recommended to neighbors, friends and family. You’ll be very happy. Just ask any of his customers.

Alfonso and the J.I.P Construction Corp crew did a bunch of things for me:
(1) Front porch step
(2) Left & Right Flower beds
(3) Walkway using pavers
(4) Backyard patio + bench
(5) Minor extra work driveway fixing + sealing
First of all Alphonso is a very good listener and very fun to talk to. Overall the whole crew is a very friendly crew and always smiling.
His prices are reasonable & competitive. He will also try to work on the costs by being open to negotiations amenable to both sides. He is usually very quick to respond to any messages.
The whole crew works efficiently, are hardworking and polite. It was very easy to work with these guys especially Jose.
They come early in morning on time and once they are done for the day they will cleanup which is very helpful.
Alfonso keeps coming time to time to keep a check on the work and progress. This way you can always talk to him to resolve any issues and will provide suggestions too w.r.t the project.
All in all they were thoroughly professional and completed the work in time with great quality (apart from some certain stones of my choice which were backordered from the manufacturer)
I will definitely work with them again in the future and actually have already spoken to him about my next project but that's all I can spend for this year.

I recently had my driveway done and couldn’t be happier with the results. Alfonso was always very professional, and courteous. He provided me with an estimate that was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received, which included removing and disposing of a very big bush that I had on my driveway. The quality of work is outstanding. The driveway looks fantastic! The crew was just as professional and courteous as Alfonso, and would answer any question I had. I hired JIP to rip out my curb and replace it with Belgium blocks. Crew showed up (José, José & Alex) on the day they said and did a neat rip-out. I was involved with curvature decisions the whole way.
They ran out of time the first day and cleaned everything in the street for the night to come back the next morning. Very professional.
The boss came by after the work was done the next day for payment and we noticed 4 or 5 of the bricks were a little low on one side. He wasn't happy with it. He took some pictures and said he would come back in September when it was a little slower to make it right as it was a relatively easy fix.
I am absolutely going to use JIP again in the future for any brick or concrete work.

Alfonso and his crew did several jobs for us and we are very happy with the results. Alfonso is pleasant and easy to work with. The quotes he gave us were fair and he stuck to them even though the job was a little more involved than it first seemed. The crews were polite and professional and did beautiful work. We highly recommend JIP Construction and plan to use them for more projects in our yard.

JIP Construction/Alfonso did my driveway last year and the entire experience was very good, I strongly recommend Alfonso and his company and I'd use them again if I had to do another driveway. He also did a driveway for my mother-in-law more than 10 years ago and she recommended him to me.The pavers on both our driveways are laid out very evenly and the driveways look perfect. I was comfortable with the price and I think his prices are reasonable, not exagerated and he added some extra work for the price we agreed upon. He is very polite and flexible when it comes to negotiation and wants to work out a good deal for both sides. I recommend him and his company because the workmanship is excellent and that's the most important thing.

JIP Construction made emergency repairs to my driveway which took over a week. The job became complex and Alfonso (the owner) was willing and able to handle everything without incident in a very professional manner. I know who to call for my next project. His workers were great, his price was very fair and he was responsive when I needed to call. I am totally satisfied with the workmanship and grateful that I found him.

Additionally they placed new concrete in the rear of the house and even fixed a broken portion of our chimney. All of this for a very fair price! I had a big project, backyard + driveway to do so it took quite some time to do the planning and budgeting. When I called them up I realized that their phone number was already saved in my contacts from long time ago, so I must have seen and pleased by some of their work in the past. So I was lucky that I didn't miss them but I also did a lot of comparison with different companies. J.I.P offered very feasible plan and reasonable price.
During the project, Alfanso is very friendly and responsive, always answered my calls and tried to accommodate all issues or request during the work being done. His crew is very professional and respectful. Overall, I am very happy with them and have been recommended them to everyone.

We were very pleased with the professional work that Alfonso and his Team did in replacing our driveway including with a new Belgian block surround and apron, as well as adding a Belgian block frontage to our property and replacing our backyard patio with a distinct paver block design ( supported by good drainage). Alfonso was a pleasure to work and creative in the suggestions that he recommended. His team is deligent and knowledgeable. The jobs were completed on time and as quoted.

We searched around and got 3 quotes. Alfonso made me feel very comfortable that he understood all of the various aspects of our project. He and his team expertly redid our driveway including doubling the width, widening the apron, adding paver border and side yard asphalt too. We were so pleased with the work and recommended him to our neighbors who have since started projects with JIP too. Price wise it was great value for money and paid attention to all the little details. Can’t recommend highly enough!!

I have been hiring construction contractors for the past 35 years and some of them stand out among the rest in terms of quality of service , professionalism, and reliability. JIP Construction is one of those companies. They redid our driveway including extending it, changing all of the belgium blocks surrounding it, as well as securing a new walkway to the house entrance.Alfonso and his crew are extremely talented individuals at what they do. Their work was exquisite as I had anticipated. Believe me, i am an extremely particular individual with very high expectations. I’m always skeptical about hiring someone to do a job in my house, and I read reviews like this one to make my decision. Bottom line, is that you should not hesitate to use them for any construction needs because you will be as fully satisfied as I was at the completion of the project. Lastly, they are very reasonably priced. I promise, you will not be disappointed. I will most certainly use their services again and again.

Very happy with how everything turned out. We had our driveway, flower beds, back patio, entranceway steps and side paths redone/added. Alfonso’s team was very meticulous and did a great job. The job took a bit longer than expected due to backordered materials due to COVID.
Overall a great job and would recommend JIP.

POOL PAVERS
Alfonso came by to see damaged pool pavers that were in serious repair for over 6 years. His team came and fixed the corner pavers and accommodated my request with ease and perfection. Looking forward to using them on future back yard projects !!!

JIP Construction turned an old, bumpy and cracked concrete driveway into a smooth, safe, asphalt one. Alphonso and his guys showed up on time, worked hard (in 90-plus degree heat) and did professional work of great quality. They lined 100 Belgian blocks perfectly and they look great. Our driveway looks great and drains properly. They also fixed our paver stones. Will definitely use them again.

Can’t say anymore good things about there work. Awesome awesome and awesome!!!! He was professional, clean and reliable. Work was done faster then he quoted us for and all his workers are clean and happy to do there work. Price was well below other estimates. They came on time to work and always made sure the area around the house was clean before they left each day. The actual work was awesome as the photos will show you. I hired Alfonso to rebuild my 2 stoops and stucco around the entire house. His crew did an excellent job rebuilding the stoops and applying the stucco. I've received many compliments on the quality and the appearance of the work. Alfonso is very approachable, he listens to your feedback and will address any concerns in a satisfactory manner. His price is very reasonable. I would recommend him. I have scheduled him to do my driveway and patio spring 2019.

I hired JIP Construction to widen my driveway, put in a new front entrance walkway with pavers, a new concrete side path to the back of the house and two front garden beds. Alfonso (the owner) and his crew (especially Jose) did a great job! Alfonso is friendly, listens and offers good suggestions. He was very easy to work with and is very personable. The work was done at a very reasonable price. They started the project right away and kept me updated as it went on. When finished, all was cleaned up as if they were never there. Alfonso and crew did a great job on my bluestone patio. I interviewed several contractors and he was the only one who followed up with what he promised. Pricing was reasonable and the quality looks to be top notch (only had it in for a week as of Mid Oct.). I will certainly be using J.I.P again for some upcoming projects.

After receiving many estimates, and going through several reviews online, we happily choose JIP Construction to install a new concrete patio for us. They were highly recommended by our neighbors who live 2 doors down, who had pavers done on their property. They were beautiful to see in person, and that sight, plus meeting Alfonso in person, (not once, but twice!) sealed the deal for us, and we knew he was the one to hire. We love our new patio! Alfonso and his crew came on time every day, worked hard even in the hot sun, and were very friendly and fun to talk to. They showed their professionalism, as well as their friendliness to my family as myself, all the while they were working on my project. Alfonso is a patient guy with good eyes on the job, JIP construction did stone work in front of the house and new driveway. Both projects were good, work done on time. Most important -- Alfonso and his crew listen and do what's expected! If there's any problem, they fix it. J.I.P Construction completed stonework around our entryway and built our stoop from the ground up using natural stone. All of the work was meticulously done and we constantly receive compliments on the work that was done.
