This is paul brooks my wife and I bought a swimming pool and shortly after that a hot tub we’ve had absolutely no problem with service or getting callbacks or work with them. They were all great. Just went up and bought some products while it was on sale from Alexis and Ashley. They were very very nice. I can’t say enough about these folks! I went through Kennedy . She was great when I bought the pool and got a discount on the hot tub!

Please do not...I repeat do not waste your time or money! The sales people Kennedy and Dustin lied to me about EVERYTHING! Kennedy told me that they would hook and wire everything once they delivered the hot tube to my house which they don't. And what is worse is that they said the same thing to another customer 2 months prior to me buying this. I can't even get a manager to return and phone call about this situation. But she did apologize for telling me a lie so I guess that's one good thing that came from this. Just whatever you do please go somewhere else and spend your money. You will be happy you do!

We requesting service on an large spa that hadn't been used in a long time. We called and called and finally got Aloha techs to come out and they did some work, we paid for the job even though not all the parts were installed but were on order. We were never able to get a call back. We called more than 7 times over 10 weeks. Never received a receipt for what we paid them or owner's manual and warranty info. Not happy.

The ONLY place to go if you want a pool built in Jonesboro. We had a vinyl lined pool installed by Aloha. We worked with Pat Baker, very knowledgeable, very professional, and a fantastic individual to work with. Any time I had a question or problem with anything, she was there and immediately handled it for us! We couldn't be any more pleased with the final product,and plan on continuing our relationship with Aloha.

We got our 40x20 pool just in time for my daughter's b-day party. It was a tight schedule not to mention the rains we had the few days before. However the aloha crew came through and we had our party. Super fast, professional and affordable.I already recommended them to 3 of my friends.

We just had an 18,000 gallon in ground oval pool with a lounger installed by Aloha Pool & Spa in Cape Girardeau, MO. We are very satisfied with the entire process. We had just a couple of minor issues but Renee was great about taking care of the problems and ensuring our experience was great. The weather on the other hand was horrible. The day the pool was dug we got 2.25" of rain in 30 minutes after the digging was complete turning the hole and yard into one big mud pit, and it went down hill from there. And to think we waited until late September for drier and more stable conditions, yeah, that didn't work out very well. I am happy to report it hasn't rained any since the pool was finished:) But the crew was great. They pushed thru the bad conditions and got the work done. I don't think I have ever seen harder workers. Everyone was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Renee at the Cape store was terrific to work with and was always there to answer my questions, no matter how trivial they were. The pool and surrounding pool deck are absolutely beautiful. We should have done this years ago.

A couple of years ago, we decided to take the plunge. After several years of back and forth debate, and driving past Aloha Pools on Reelfoot Avenue in Union City, we determined to put in an in-ground pool. Kimo, who is in sales, got our attention in the first few moments, and we have kept hers since. She was extremely helpful; she educated us; she gained our confidence. Kimo guided us through the selection process and set up our financing. From the time Bobby appeared for layout and excavation, and all who followed, Aloha demonstrated expertise in all phases of construction. Brad (one of the owners and busy) made several trips during installation to address special concerns. The project completed on a timely basis! As with any involved process, there were glitches along the way, but they were invariably addressed to our satisfaction. Two years later, we continue to be impressed with Aloha's service. HT to "California" (Jay) and Cory! We are satisfied customers!

Aloha Pools and Spas of Union City did a great job on providing us with a pool. Kimo was extremely informative about our options. She helped us with every detail. If we had any questions, we just called her up. They did a very professional job. I would definetely recommend them.
