Great experience from beginning to the end of the process! I highly recommend Poolscapes of Charlotte for their exceptional customer service. The entire team is friendly and knowledgeable. They are quick to respond to any concerns or questions. I recently requested service for my pool they installed in 2022. I emailed Kathy and she responded within a few hours and sent someone out the next day to take a look at my issue.

I did a ton of research on pool products, pool companies, current customers for various companies, and even unofficially interviewed the installers in person, prior to settling on Poolscapes of Charlotte with a San Juan Fiberglass Pool. That research paid off! The pool delivery and installation were smooth. Everything that could potentially cost more was explained in advance and there were no “surprise” charges. Justin and his installation crew were so professional. The teamwork was top notch. I often saw them double checking each other’s measurements and verifying details before they did anything. They cleaned as they went as well. I passed all inspections with ease. The pool is beautiful. Thalia and Bob made great suggestions without overselling me on the extras that didn't fit in my budget and helped me to prioritize the ones that did. Angela created a beautiful design of the pool in our yard. In fact, my neighbor and I used it as a template for the landscaping and Kathy kept me on budget and on track as I added a few extras. The bottom line is when I started this project, my husband and I had heard from others in our neighborhood that at best, we would have many headaches, and at worst, we would spend thousands of dollars more than we planned on due to contractor errors and hidden fees. I really wanted a pool so I braced myself and hoped it wouldn’t be a nightmare. But really, what I bought was reliable, professional, services that came with a sparkling spectacular pool! I even had support when I needed to ask for a variance concession. Thank you Poolscapes if Charlotte!! We love our San Juan Pool and will always be happy to brag on your company services to anyone!!

Poolscapes of Charlotte has built two pools for me now. The first was in 2007 and the second was in 2023. The technology changed quite a bit in the interim, but the stellar service and attention to detail has remained consistent. Bob Fergione is still at the helm, and I was amazed to discover that Justin and Timmy, involved with construction and technology, are still with the company which I believe speaks volumes for the organization as a whole. All in all, I love my pool and could not have been any happier with the project from start to finish.

I simply can't say enough about Poolscapes. They built my family a beautiful pool and spa that has been the venue for many family events. Owner Bob (Sensitive Information Hidden) met with us regularly from start to finish and beyond. Several years after the installation I can still pick up the phone and get advice and assistance on the various aspects of the pool operation. Installing a pool can be a difficult experience. Bob made it easy and seamless. He has extensive experience, an efficient staff and a professional demeanor. You will not be disappointed.

Poolscapes of Charlotte did a great job on my pool project. They did everything they said they would do in a timely, professional manner. They kept the job moving and kept my job site clean. Different people/crews did each part of the project which kept the job moving and also ensured the crew on each part of the job were experts at their part. Everyone was nice and friendly. I had no problems, but I was always able to reach Kathy in the office or Justin the contractor with any questions or concerns. I can still reach Justin after the project has been completed. If you care about quality and integrity most, this is the company you should use.

We love our San Juan pool and really enjoyed working with Poolscapes of Charlotte. Justin and team completed our pool on time and was available to answer any questions we had. We can’t wait to enjoy our new pool this summer.

After having moved to Charlotte into the Palisades neighborhood we wanted to add a new pool, so we decided to do extensive research on the best pool company available in the area. Not only did Poolscapes of Charlotte came highly rated, they also were able to deliver a great looking pool in a relative short amount of time since they sell fiberglass pools. The owner (Bob) was great in explaining the pros and cons of the different plans to choose from and he went over all the possible upgrades if we so desired, which we picked a few as we went with a salt water pool, bubbler, upgraded pump, etc. The crew that installed our pool was phenomenal. They showed up when they promised, they cleaned up after themselves and they even let me use the bobcat for a few minutes so I can say I dug my own pool. The foreman, Justin, was great. He doesn't beat around the bushes and manages a great crew. Heads off again...you can't go wrong with them.

We had an amazing experience working with Poolscapes and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add a pool. The communication was on point from the start to finish. Everyone involved in the process, including the entire construction crew, truly cared about your project. Justin may be the most knowledgeable person I have ever met concerning all things involved in our project. We came across some difficult issues during the construction that most pool companies may have ran away from.
