The problem was not brought to the attention of management through no-fault of the customer. Unfortunately, the person that had initially made the repair was in contact with Mr. White and did not take care of the problem in a timely fashion. I would encourage all of our customers to contact our office directly if they have any questions or problems. The management found out about the problem and it was taken care of the very next day and the customer was satisfied. Thanks to Mr. White we have taken steps to ensure this sort of thing does not happen again.

this Is my second review for this company. I love my new look house thanks to Doug and his team, but am compelled to add the comment made by a friend who is a retired builder. The contractor was very straightforward, friendly and professional. Her arrived promptly for meetings about the work and explained the technical process and products. When weather delayed the work, he communicated the delays honestly and rescheduled the work at the earliest possible date. The crew worked quickly and competently and were friendly. The contractor explained small technical actions related to the siding. The end result is great. It really improved my house. I recommend this contractor to anyone needing siding.

I have used Columbus Windows and Siding on numerous projects and they not only have done a great job with the task at hand but they educated me about the materials and processes so I had a better understanding of how the project and materials fit into my budget and long term plan for my properties. From start to final clean up these guys were great to deal with. We installed over 10 windows in the house with Simonton Windows. We used the Simonton Reflections 5500 so we could have the exterior color to match the house trim and still have the white interior window. We even replaced the window over the kitchen sink with a beautiful garden window. We were hesitant to do the project when it was so cold this spring, but they worked to replace them one at a time and the temperature in the house stayed comfortable. The installers were nice, cleaned up after themselves and they were almost done in one day.
