Empire Window Company

We replaced 34 windows and is very satisfied with the product, installation and interaction with the team from Empire Windows. This was a large project that took over 3 days to complete. The salesperson Jesse was very patient and knowledgeable about the products they offer. We had several quotes and product offering from other firms, but Jesse was able to guide us through the process and price to make us comfortable with their offer. The installer crew of Andrew and his team were the best. Showed up at 7 am every morning, and carefully worked around the house, covering our furniture as needed, cleaned up each area when they were done, and were very mindful of our surroundings. This was a Full Tearout replacement of the windows, and we could observe the skills and experience of this team. We are very satisfied with the work they did, the cleanup, and the final look. I will use this company for my next project and would recommend them highly.

I had my sliding glass door replaced in September of 2019. This company was great! They were very professional and courteous, took accurate measurements, and came exactly when they said they would! The installers went above and beyond, as I had some wood underneath the door that had to be replaced, and they took care of everything. The job was done well, and the door looks great! I would highly recommend this company for its more than competent work and attention to detail!
