Excellent customer service and top notch quality! We had new windows & siding installed. As I learned that everyone that would work on my house is an actual employee and has had significant amounts of training, I had a comforting feeling that the windows and siding were going to be installed correctly and per the manufacturer's instructions. Quality and doing the job right are big factors in today's building economy and Johnson County Siding & Windows does is right! Every person at JoCo Siding & Windows took pride in their part of the job and in creating a great customer experience. Johnson County Siding & Windows even has an exterior design consultant that they bring out to aide you in your decision making. Everyone in our neighborhood is saying how good the house looks & how great the colors coordinate. Johnson County Siding and Windows installed new Marvin Integrity windows and James Hardie siding on our home. They also added a specific wood feature we wanted and painted the entire exterior. We couldn't be happier with the outcome! They listened to what we wanted and made sure that we were satisfied every step of the way. They were not the lowest bid, but we are confident we hired the best company for the job. Bill was wonderful to work with and made regular visits to the home to oversee quality and go over details and questions. We also felt comfortable talking with the workers on the job everyday (who are ALL employees NOT subs). They took their time and did it right. There were a couple small things along the way we wanted changed and they happily took care of if it. You can tell they take pride in their work and we felt confident from the beginning they were going to do a great job. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. Bill Christie and Jo Co siding recently finished my ranch home in Olathe. They did a beautiful job! Many of my neighbors have commented that my nearly 50 year old home looks brand new! Bill was ALWAYS available by phone, always answered my questions, and walked me through the entire process with total professionalism. Bill's crew were very respectful of my home, my time and my questions as well. They had my home finished within 2 weeks, windows, siding , and doors! I would have no problem recommending this company!

We hired Johnson County Siding and Windows to replace 19 windows in our 30 year-old home. Bill Christie the owner started the business in 1976, 40 years ago and has remodeled over 6000 homes. Bill & Justin Christie were wonderful to work with. Justin Christie (Bill's son) came out to quote the job. My wife and I had already done our homework on the brand of fiberglass windows; Justin listened to all of my concerns and suggestions and offered his professional opinion with suggestions we hadn't thought about, and these suggestions were to our advantage. We had three bids total to replace the windows. All for Marvin Fiberglass windows. JOCO Siding and Windows bid was the most competitive. This was a combination of double hung and casement windows. We chose white for the interior and exterior. On the exterior, the window casing and sills were wrapped with white, aluminum cladding. We chose the Marvin Integrity All Ultrex Fiberglass windows, which are not only beautiful, they have definitely helped with the energy efficiency of our home. In the month since the windows have been replaced, we can already tell a difference in the heating & cooling in our home as well as a change in the sound level from the street. One of the quotes from another window company had quoted our large picture window that was going to cost us over 2 grand. Justin's recommendation was to call a glass company in Kansas City (he provided a couple recommended names) and have them replace the glass only. He gave a detailed outline of what we should ask for from the glass company, type of glass, number of panes, etc. He mentioned that this shouldn't be more than 500 or 600 bucks and completely unnecessary to replace the glass with a full frame from Marvin as this would take away from the picture aspect of the window. This type of professionalism and customer service is why I'm glad we chose to do business with Justin and his father, Bill. We met with Justin at his supplier's showroom to see what our future windows would look like installed, differences between the casement view and the double hung, etc. Our install was scheduled and communicated that the work would take 3 days. On first day, two men showed up, on time. They were careful, courteous, and efficient during the installation and meticulous in their clean up after each window, at end of each day and after the completion of the job. No damage to any landscaping, the workmanship on the windows looks A+ and the installation was completed early on the 3rd day. One of the installers, named Bill said he has been working for Bill and Justin for 25 years. This is really impressive to hear. Listening to him talk about his work, how Bill and Justin treat him like family, it made me happy to know that I chose a quality, locally family owned company to do business with. From the handshake, to listening to him talk, you can really tell how authentic and honest of a person Justin is. I'm sure his father Bill Christie has taught him well and it really shows in the experienced professionalism from Justin all the way down to the craftsmanship of the installation from the employees. I would highly recommend Johnson County Siding and Windows to anyone and will definitely use them in the future for my home.

We had gotten estimates from other siding companies before we had the pleasure of meeting with Bill of Johnson County Siding & Window. We had no doubt which company would be best for our needs. They replaced our old windows with amazing double hung, Marvin Integrity windows. They also replace a rear entry door. This was a complete tear out of the old and install the new windows. They removed the siding and installed the windows. The siding was then replaced around the windows and doors. We had 7 windows replaced. The quality of the work was Outstanding. The crew was very professional, and paid attention to the details. Their craftsmanship is top tier. There were many places where they showed the pride in their work. When they replaced the siding they added trim to ensure that the windows were properly boxed. They added new trim to the tops of the windows to ensure that it matched the house. The inside trim was also extremely well done. The windows and doors function flawlessly. The attached image shows two of the windows they installed. Note the increased amount of glass. Note the added top trim to make the windows fit and function. The siding in the image was installed by Johnson County Siding in 1997. They are still in business, and they still stand behind their product. The deserve my highest rating.

Bill and his crew were professional, clean, courteous, on-time, and most importantly, they delivered on all their promises. We had all of the siding, gutters, and garage doors replaced; for such a large project, it turned out flawless. I've worked with several contractors for various house projects and none have come close to the professionalism and attention to detail as Johnson County Siding. Owner Bill Christie was very responsive and professional, and was a genuine pleasure to work with. Bill's attitude and overall approach to our project was refreshing. Bill was very knowledgeable of the products used on our project, all of which seem to be of very high quality, and he was always able to answer our questions accurately and professionally. Bill's carpenter was top-notch and did an excellent job installing and trimming out our new windows, doors, and front porch railing. The siding foreman was also very good to work with, although a bit more care could have been taken in a few small details and in their attention to site clean-up during the project. The painter did an excellent job on the siding and trim. I would definitely recommend them for windows and siding.

I had all the windows in my home replaced, a new back and front door and screen door. Amazing job!! The doors are the Previa brand and replacing the front door alone changed my house completely! Previously Bill's company installed new windows and siding on our home on Sleepy Hollow Drive. When we purchased our home on Holly Drive we needed new windows in the bedrooms. We naturally went with him because we knew he would do it as fast and efficiently as possible. His staff is respectful, kind and ready to please! We have recommended him to many of our friends. It is nice to look out our windows and see the homes that he has done in our neighborhood.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris and Justin (the owner and his son) and Justin (yes, two Justins) and Bill (the installers) on and off for about two weeks. Work done: Replace existing wood rot. Install vinyl siding and aluminum coil wrap. Install three windows. Price: I had around ten bids for this project and they ranged from $7,000 to $36,000. I got some bad vibes from some of the cheaper companies (unwilling to provide warranty in writing, trying scare tactics, pressure to buy now or lose a "great" deal, and so on). Justin gave me a bid somewhere in the middle of those two numbers and pretty much told me he doesn't haggle or pressure. He didn't try and give me a sales pitch and answered all my questions. Service: These guys did an absolutely wonderful job. I have a nice size house and a lot of wood rot they had to replace so I thought two weeks was a fair amount of time to complete the project. They worked through some pretty rough weather (very cold and rainy). Both men were very respectful and kind and took good care of the house and surrounding fixtures and they cleaned up very well after the job was complete. Timeline: They said two weeks and it was two weeks on the nose. Quality: I’m no expert, but I feel they did a really great job on installing everything correctly and in a quality manner. The house really looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Our project included the removal and installation of stucco siding, stone and 12 windows. Johnson Couty Siding & Windows was very experienced in all phases of our project. The owner was on the job site daily to monitor his workers. They started and completed the job when expected and devoted all day every day just to our project. We were very inpressed with their work ethic, skill and the finished product. This was the best experience we have had with any contractor. We will use them again.

Bill came out and did the estimate for our Windows, providing the right level of information and explaining how things would work, the ins and outs of the product and offering all certifications, regulations, references and examples of his work right up front. If I have any kind of criticism (and it isn't much of one) its that JCSW is so popular because of their quality that I had to wait 8 weeks to get our windows installed; but is was totally worth the wait. Bill Christie's Johnson County Siding & Window company put on our steel siding 21 years ago. The quality of that installation, durability of the steel siding, as well as the excellent men who installed reflect well on Bill and the integrity of his company. This last week twenty-one new energy-efficient windows were installed in the scheduled three-day period by two men who took pride in their work. They were careful, courteous and efficient during the installation and meticulous in their clean up after each window as well as after completion of the job. Quality of the products provided and fair pricing set Bill above others in this field. He actually knows his customers and takes the time to check in with both his workers and the homeowners on a daily basis during the job. Those factors including honesty, knowledge of the products he sells and installs, and quality workers who take pride in the finished project, all contribute to my highest possible evaluation.

We had new windows installed first on a home we purchased These guys were amazing how quickly they installed them and how clean they kept the site! Loves them so much this our 2nd home we have hired them. I found Johnson County Siding and Window be be an exceptional company. We had a kitchen makeover just following our window installation and the difference between the two companies were dramatic. JCS&W was efficient, very professional and straightforward. It was apparent they were more about service than the sale, just opposite of the kitchen company. There were a few minor problems but were corrected promptly without a hassle. I highly recommend this company!

I needed to replace my windows in my home so interviewed 5 different companies. Many of the companies sent pushy sales people to the home which 3 out of the 5 were over priced. I was impressed with Johnson County Siding and Window when the actual owner of the company showed up. Bill answered all my questions, very informative, and wasn't pushy at all. This is what set him apart from the other competitor that wasn't over priced so I hired him. In a day and age where everyone looks to cut corners I wasn't expecting this project to run this smoothly, but it did. His employees show up to work on time, worked hard, and were clean. The windows look great and there was no mess left inside or outside my home. When the job was completed Bill came to my home to do a final inspection before collecting the payment for the work. The other 4 companies wanted 1/2 of the costs upfront. Bill was also here occasionally while his employees were installing the windows and making sure everything looked good. I work in sales myself so have very high expectations when it comes to work ethic and customer service which Bill exceeded hands down! Any kind of remodeling project or windows I might need in the future will go to Johnson County Siding and Window. Excellent job Bill!

I recently had new windows and front door installed by Johnson County Siding & Window. They did an outstanding job! They were extremely professional, timely and respectful of my property. Every planned meeting occurred on time as planned and every expectation was met. It was very obvious that the Leadership of the JOCO Siding company are very honest ,value Quality and Respect the capability of their employees. Johnson County Siding and Windows installed a new ProVia entry door to our home. The door was custom fitted to our opening and the quality of construction far exceeds what we previously had installed. The installation was performed by a carpenter and the workmanship was excellent. Requiring no down payment was an indication to me that the company was financially secure and professional. New front door: We love it. First of all, the Sales Rep was very patient with our questions. He also offered several suggestions we hadn't thought about, and these suggestions were to our advantage. We were able to schedule the installation at our convenience. The installers certainly knew what they were doing. They were efficient, cared about details, and left the job site neat as a pin. We have noticed a BIG difference in our utility bill.We have received many compliments on our door and are gladly telling our friends and neighbors about Johnson Siding and Windows.

The Jo Co Siding & Window Co did an excellent job replacing our windows, doors and remodeling our front porch. The costs were reasonable. The professionalism, craftsmanship and reliability were great. They were in and out in a timely fashion. With their experience they provided our home with a much need facelift. We hired Johnson County Siding & Windows to do a large project on our home. This included replacing most of our windows (39 in total), repairing some stucco damage, installing stone accents, replacing our basement exterior door and our garage doors, and painting the exterior. We chose the Marvin Integrity Wood Ultrex Windows, which are not only beautiful, but they have helped with the energy efficiency of our home. They keep it much cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. The ProVia Door we installed in the basement has also made a huge difference. No more cold drafts coming through it in the winter. My favorite part of the project was the Centurion Stone accents that we had installed on the front entry of our home as well as a portion of the garage. This is the thing that most of our neighbors have complimented us on. I can't believe what a huge difference this made to the overall look and style of our home. All of the work was done in a timely and professional manner. Bill Christie was great to work with. He listened to all of my suggestions and concerns, and if something wasn't right, he made it right. We are so happy with the results of this work, and have been told by many people that our 20 year old home looks like a brand new one. We would definitely hire Johnson County Siding & Windows again.

We recently purchased a home and found out that the exterior wood shingle siding was covered in lead based paint and could not be salvaged. We obtained bids from three reputable siding companies. JOCO siding was slightly less expensive than the other two, but all were within a few hundred dollars of each other. We ultimately decided to go with JOCO siding based on how thorough their estimate was when compared to the other bids. Justin addressed every detail upfront from replacement of any wood rot to the type of paint that would be used after the siding was installed. He also didn't give the typical high pressure sales pitch - Justin was very knowledgable about the process and was willing to answer all questions without pushing for the sale. He originally estimated they would be able to get started in 8 weeks, but were able to fit us in after only 5. The siding installation process was as smooth as could be expected. We had a new baby at home at the time, so I was concerned about it being very noisy or messy, but Rosie and the crew were extremely accommodating. They showed up on time every morning, cleaned every day and were always really friendly - every request and question was addressed in a very nice and professional manner. Justin came to check in on the progress every day and made sure that any issues or questions we had were promptly taken care of. They did everything that they said they would and we are extremely happy with the end result. You can tell this is a family owned and operated business by the level of customer service, the quality workmanship and attention to detail that they provide. Everyone who worked on our home was very professional and accommodating, and even better, they were all extremely friendly throughout the process! I had 22 windows replaced March of 2014. I had several bids from various companies. Johnson County Siding and Window had a very competitive bid. A friend of mine had used them and I was able to see the type of work they did, so I hired them. The process was great from start to finish. There was no high pressure sales. In fact they honored the bid I received back in October 2013. The windows arrived earlier than anticipated and the job was completed long before the lead time I was told. The installers were great. They arrived each day promptly and were very professional. The workmanship on the frames of the window looks great! There was a small issue with the grids but Justin was more than happy to fix it. I highly recommend Johnson County Siding and Window. 5 Stars.

My condo had experienced water intrusion around the windows for a period of 3 years; the source was unknown as most of the windows were in an area with manufactured stone siding. Several professionals assessed the issue and were unable to determine root cause until Bill from Johnson County Siding was asked by the Homeowner's Assn to look at the property. Bill quickly surmised the siding was incorrectly installed allowing water to be trapped by the windows behind the 'siding' and leak into the house. He tackled the problem in severe weather and his crews did a marvelous job despite the incredible conditions. I travel extensively and Bill was sure to keep me posted via text and email during the repairs, consulting me where 'next steps' required. He set a schedule and maintained it with few exceptions caused by weather conditions - I am amazed the work was completed as quickly as it was. Bill's crews quickly ascertained the extend of the damage and materials were delivered shortly thereafter to begin repair. Utmost care was taken to keep the weather out of the house as windows and siding were replaced. Bill solved the "unsolvable" - I'm simply waiting for a bad rainstorm in the spring to prove the solution is bullet-proof. I have no doubt it will be the solution we've been seeking for several years.

I have had several beautiful windows and two doors installed by Johnson County siding and window. Bill Christie who is the owner worked with me and added some ideas to help me choose the most affordable and atttractive door available. On the day of the install his installers were extremely friendly and courteous and kept the area clean and neat! I have had nothing but compliments from my neighbors on this new look and it definately has added value to my home.

We are thrilled with the work completed by Johnson County Windows Company! We had an oversized sliding door added to our basement to extend the inside out to our patio as we prepare to finish our basement. The crew was dependable, highly skilled and thorough. We were so happy with the work, we had them back to install a window in an upstairs space that we repurposed into a home office. Again, 100% satisfied with the end result. I'd highly recommend them to friends, neighbors, etc.
