Nathan W and Travis G were my window installing team. They replaced 4 windows on the west side of my home - 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, all of which have Knotty Alderwood trim. Upon their prompt arrival I received a courteous introduction from them both, and then started a walk thru of my home giving me a professional complete and detailed description of the entire process being done inside and out. They took the time and patiently answered my questions and concerns especially about what precautions they would take with my interior window trim. Both Nathan and Travis showed excellent work ethics in the time they took to prep the job, the skills and knowledge shown in the extraction and installation, and the thorough cleaning that was performed inside and out when the job was done. I was very impressed and grateful for the respect and care they showed towards me and my home. I love my new windows. They are a great investment to the function and quality of my home. RBA installers worked hard to make our new window installation, and the results are beautiful. We now don't worry about the intense sun hitting the south side of our dining area. The new solar windows have a UV filter that keep the temperature low and consistent. The guys were very polite and professional, and they cleaned up after a long day of work, leaving no trace behind.

They worked in bad weather and were very efficient and professional. I would hire them again if I needed windows.

Jason Wilson spent two hours measuring fours windows to be replaced by Renewal By Andersen, as well as my front door. He explained the procedures, the fact that one top floor window being an egress would need to be slightly larger than the current window and the options for the framing. He was very thorough about the design and color options to ensure that I would be getting a product that I would be satisfied with. It was important to him that I would not be hit with any surprises, especially with painting the inside and outside trim. I have had RBA install windows before, roughly ten years ago, and although the windows are topnotch, I have not had anyone spend the time going over the specifics of the install like Jason did.

The first night I noticed that our furnace didn't run at all during the night. The night before it would kick on about every hour.

Tremendous work ethic. Very professional. All of the installers were courteous and on time. They cleaned up the jobsite like they promised, better than they found it. The lead installers Jordan and Brian ran their crew with precision. Sam, Levi, Braden and chris were proficient at their work and all of them put up with our pest of a dog. As far as the windows go, I can feel the difference already. All in all a great experience.

The communication from the company was very good, and as expected. We had four upstairs windows done, and there was a crew of three here. They were extremely friendly and professional, and you could tell they enjoyed working together. They put down a lot of protective sheets and pads and were very careful about tracking in anything. Their craftsmanship was top-notch, and case in point- they had to rebuild a window casement that looks exactly the same as the original ones from when the house was built. I would highly recommend Renewal to any of my friends and acquaintances, and especially the crew we had!

Windows and install were needed more than I realized! The install team was amazing and they worked very quickly and left no mess. I was impressed with their friendliness with my dog! There was small issue due to a misunderstanding about trim and the whole team was so kind and quick make it right! This whole team worked VERY quickly and even though install was during cold temps, they sealed everything well to minimize any heat issue. I am thoroughly impressed with the difference these windows made to noise, external temps, and how smoothly the windows operate. They left things in order, and they were very aware of leaving anything extra that we would need to do. Beau was great about walking us through the use of the windows and showing us the special features. Chris and Anthony worked hard and all three of them dealt with rain and snow with no complaints. The home was sealed and cared for during installation even better than I expected. Totally cleaned and vacuumed before they left. These men did a great job, and the Janessa was great and available for any questioning , Blake did measurements quickly and efficiently, and Kenny Miner got the whole process started with expertise and professionalism. The crew that came out consisted of Bill, Nick, Steven, John, and Jacob; they replaced 4 windows in my home. They arrived on time, were super polite, and left my house better than they found it. I would hire this exact crew again in a heartbeat, they really did a great job.

Beau W. and Stephen A. are absolute professionals. The arrived on time each day. They were meticulously careful to ensure that no nails or debris were left in the lawn, going so far as to put tarps down outside. They were very pleasant, absolutely no foul language was used. They worked fast and efficiently even with temps in the 20s. They cleaned up after themselves, actually left the place cleaner than they found it. I 100% recommend both Beau W and Stephen A. They did the best job ever, wish they could give lessons on how to do excellent work to the contractors here!
