We love our new windows! After contacting several other companies, listening to their sales pitch and not feeling comfortable with them, we discovered Zen Windows. The whole process from the estimate, to selecting our options and finally the installation was so easy! We did incur several delays due to the windows not being shipped on time, but it was handled very professionally. Dennis, the owner called us personally each time and explained the hold up. Zen was exactly as advertised! We received a no-hassle quote over the phone with no visit or presentation required. Bid was under competitors' quotes and windows are better than what is generally offered by other contractors, including home improvement giants. They didn’t even charge more for J-Channel siding around our bay window as others did. Everyone with Zen was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Zen kept our trust from day one! They set up a time to show us the window we ordered at our request and convenience answering all of our questions in the process. The work was impeccable and done perfectly, including the egress window we requested for our basement. They put down drop cloths to protect our home and left the site as clean as when they came. The installers took the time to demonstrate the window’s functions and benefits, as well. No money was requested or paid until the job was completed – just like they said. Everyone should check with Zen first, and get the peace of mind to enjoy their windows!

Great experience with Zen Windows. The process was so easy. I requested a quote and within minutes received an email reply from Dennis. The price was definitely comparable to or better than the other quotes I received. In addition to the quote, Dennis sent a brochure that provided a wealth of information about Zen Windows and links to several videos about the windows and the installation process. After several emails back and forth with questions and quick answers and doing my own research, I decided to go with Zen for my window project. On the day of the installation Eddie and his assistant arrived at the designated time and immediately got to work. They put down coverings on my floors to protect them and left the house clean both inside and out when they were finished. Eddie is very experienced with window installations and does a fantastic job. He even helped me reinstall my window blinds which I definitely appreciated. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Zen Windows of St. Louis from start to finish. I secured bids from 4 vendors and the experience, service, communication, product quality, and sales representative's product knowledge varied greatly with all of them. My decision to choose Zen of STL was like choosing a wedding dress....I knew immediately that they were the one! The experience was extremely easy, no-hassle, affordable, and their product quality was equal to that of a well-known company whose bid was DOUBLE the cost of Zen Windows of STL and less excruciating than the 5-hour in-home sales pitch of another well-known company. Plus, the installation of two bay windows, a garden window, and 10 other windows was completed quickly and with extreme precision by their courteous and clean install crew. Dennis and his crew did a great job. Despite several reschedules due to other work I was having done(my fault), they were always a pleasure to work with. Their crew installed the windows in one day and left the place spotless.

I just had all new Windows installed in my little old house and it feels like new! I did a lot of research and received several estimates (5) before I finally settled on Zen and I couldn't be happier. In the end you can't deny a good price and outstanding sales, service and installation reviews through multiple online sources. Dennis was patient with all of my questions, worked up a few sample photos when I was having a hard time visualizing, and made the whole process so easy, and Eddie and his install team per polite, quick, and cleaned up well. The team at Zen Windows of St. Louis did a great job from start to finish. At the start, the owner Dennis was very attentive and his response times to my emails were very fast. He was able to give me all the information I needed in order to make an informed decision. He went above and beyond in order to answer an important question I had about installation. The installer, Eddie, was great as well. They were professional, clean and really care about doing a good job. Not only do we have beautiful windows, but they are installed corrected to give maximum efficiency. I will be using Zen Windows of St. Louis again. I've finally found Window experts I can trust.
