Adam was amazing to work with, and one of the best professionals I have had to pleasure of dealing with. Right from the design stage to each phase of construction he communicated often and kept us informed. All the people he brought in the carpenter, electrician, A/c guy, painter etc were all people he had worked with multiple times and were all top-notch. He would accompany each one to the house. The end product was above expectation, on budget and as timely as could be expected during the Covid delays. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to build a wine cellar.

He worked with myself and my construction crew as well as my client to create an amazing cellar which fit seamlessly into the large remodel. Adam was fantastic from consultation through install and he was able to work seamlessly with the contractor doing other work on my home. He was on time, on budget, and very available/communicative throughout the project.

The only thing better than the amazing finished product is the fact that Adam delivered the cellar on time, on budget and was available by phone/text/email 24/7 -- the consummate professional. He also listened to my goals for the cellar and did not try to upsell. I highly recommend him and could not be more impressed. Would give him six stars if I could.

It was a complete pleasure to work with Adam at Signature a Wine Cellars! From the initial inquiry to each step of the design to completion, Adam was prompt, attentive and easy to work with. My only regret is that we didn't have a bigger project for him to work on!

Interviewed several people for my dream cellar ( actually , a wine wall extending 20 feet by 2 feet ) . A few were cookie cutter / give us the deposit , then we'll give you the design ; a few were absolutely yes/ then no response for weeks . Adam and his crew were the most professional , cordial and did not disappoint ! He answered all calls and emails promptly , worked with me on design in depth , collaborated with my contractor ( we were doing a gut renovation of the space ) , and actually delivered and installed AHEAD of schedule ! What a pleasure to work with !

Adam Soto of Signature Wine Cellars was amazing. He listened carefully to what I wanted achieve with the look/style of the wine cellar and provided a number of appropriate choices with various types of wood, stain, glass door, floor tile, even the floor plate under the door. I had a second bid from another contractor and Adam pointed out some issues I needed to consider regarding condensation and the type of glass I would need, something the other contractor didn't mention. Adam was on site every day when the work was being done and immediately responsive to any questions or changes I requested. He also delivered on time and budget. I have engaged contractors for many projects and I can say that Adam was the best and I highly recommend him.

Adam and his team were diligent and timely in completing our wine cellar. During the planning stages they gave me options so that I could determine an appropriate budget for the project. They always answered emails and phone calls promptly and even finished the job ahead of schedule.
