My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hosta 'Hanky Panky'

I am in search of a Hanky Panky hosta. None of the nurseries around me have it and the hosta farm (local) has it but won't sell me a division due to patent rights.
Does anyone have one that I can have a division of or know a reputable place that I can purchase from?
I really really want one! Saw it last year in person and fell in love!
