Patio sealant issue

I just had the patio around our pool sealed and two hours after application it rained. should i be concerned any of it leached into the pool or is two hours enough dry time for that not to occur? they used valspar natural look waterproofer and the person who applies it said our patio was so pourous that it soaked it right up.

To be certain …have the water tested..ask the person who applied the sealer for a referral for a place to have the water tested…

When I had my driveway cement pavers sealed, they checked the weather and made sure we weren't getting any rain for 24 hours (and preferably 48 hours) after the sealer was applied.
