This spacious in home bar is perfect for entertaining. It was part of a complete basement remodeling project. The bar opens to a large family room and exterior patio.

Traditional residential bar built into a pub style basement in Burlington County, NJ. This design, seamlessly hides the home's electrical panel and water shut off valves in the back left corner. The opening is to the right and the bar features a stock "kegerator" beer tap designed and built right into the bar cabinetry and top. Photo by DAVID RAMSAY, Cabinetmakers, Moorestown, NJ

This basement features a custom-built wet bar with stunning backsplash & duel beer tap. A secret bookshelf door leads you to a finished back room. Custom shelving and wood work provide a unique look and feel within the space.

Although the custom bar area was the design centerpiece, this basement remodel project consisted of 11 rooms totaling over 2500 sq. ft. The actual bar was completely custom designed and fabricated showcasing fluted pillars, large finials, and window box molding. Unique features included a commercial icemaker, full-sized dishwasher, low-mounted microwave convection oven, two wine refrigerators, keg cooler, and custom mirrored backsplash. Granite counters in “stellar night” topped off this basement attraction.

Home bar - small transitional home bar idea in Denver with shaker cabinets and white cabinets

We were lucky to work with a blank slate in this nearly new home. Keeping the bar as the main focus was critical. With elements like the gorgeous tin ceiling, custom finished distressed black wainscot and handmade wood bar top were the perfect complement to the reclaimed brick walls and beautiful beam work. With connections to a local artist who handcrafted and welded the steel doors to the built-in liquor cabinet, our clients were ecstatic with the results. Other amenities in the bar include the rear wall of stainless built-ins, including individual refrigeration, freezer, ice maker, a 2-tap beer unit, dishwasher drawers and matching Stainless Steel sink base cabinet.
