Charming California Ranch Style board and batten home with top of the line solar energy system installed. This model SunPower home is typical of the A-series black on black solar panel array that we have helped hundreds of homeowners across the US install on their roofs. The design, permitting, installation is all taken care of and included in the solar programs we offer, some are $0 down and others utilize generous incentives to save you money from day 1.

Casual dining room that connects to open living room and kitchen. Dining room table is from Pottery Barn's Benchwright line. Drapery and roman shades are custom made. Beams in ceiling are rough sawn and stained a custom blend to match other wood tones. Windows and sliding door to covered back porch are from Pella.

This deck is 12 years old and looking pretty dated, so we gave it a makeover! We used Cumaru decking, mahogany rail caps and posts, and Atlantis Cable-Rail. We added quartzite Deck Stone panels to accent the steps, benches and planters. The decking was installed using the Kreg hidden fastening system and was finished with Wolman EHT-Hardwood sealer. We installed Clear View retractable screen doors to the house and an Otter Creek retractable awning over part of the deck. The sound system includes Bose outdoor speakers and Russound controls. Enjoy!
