These homeowners wanted to update their 1990’s bathroom with a statement tub to retreat and relax. The primary bathroom was outdated and needed a facelift. The homeowner’s wanted to elevate all the finishes and fixtures to create a luxurious feeling space. From the expanded vanity with wall sconces on each side of the gracefully curved mirrors to the plumbing fixtures that are minimalistic in style with their fluid lines, this bathroom is one you want to spend time in. Adding a sculptural free-standing tub with soft curves and elegant proportions further elevated the design of the bathroom. Heated floors make the space feel elevated, warm, and cozy. White Carrara tile is used throughout the bathroom in different tile size and organic shapes to add interest. A tray ceiling with crown moulding and a stunning chandelier with crystal beads illuminates the room and adds sparkle to the space. Natural materials, colors and textures make this a Master Bathroom that you would want to spend time in.

By relocating the narrow linen closet to the sitting room outside the bathroom, we expanded the shower and embraced the blue inspiration our client desired, using deep blue 2×8 glass shower wall tiles and a glass mosaic penny round tile on the shower floor and in the shower niche. On the opposite side of the spacious area, a knee wall was added to offer separation between the toilet and vanity. Framing the vanity is a stunning statement wallpaper, adding a vibrant pop of pattern. Beyond aesthetics, this remodel expertly balances luxury and functionality, harmonizing contemporary fixtures and ambient lighting. This luxurious Primary Bathroom remodel redefines comfort and sophistication within a serene space, marking a remarkable journey from the mundane to the magnificent.

This home office was created from an outbuilding on the property. Seagrass wall-to-wall carpet was installed for ultimate durability and a relaxed vibe. We employed a high-low aesthetic to create a space that was unique but still within budget, utilizing the owner's Stickley desk, a custom desk chair, custom blush Roman shades, a Hudson Valley Fenwater chandelier and sconces, and multiple office items from budget sources like IKEA and The Container Store. The primary closet was designed as a built-in millwork environment rather than a storage room. Cabinetry configuration, shelving rhythm, and drawer placement were resolved during the design selection phase to support daily use while maintaining visual order. A central window seat introduces symmetry and natural light, creating a focal point that softens the linearity of the cabinetry walls. Open shelving, concealed drawers, and integrated hanging zones establish a clear organizational hierarchy, allowing function to remain seamless and visually quiet. Material selection stays restrained — warm wood tones, soft textiles, and subtle hardware — reinforcing continuity with the home’s architectural palette. The result is a primary closet that reads as composed interior architecture: efficient, tailored, and scaled for routine without excess.

The gorgeous modern primary bath is everything the homeowners had hoped for, including heated floors, a glass enclosed walk in shower, marble flooring and wainscot and a freestanding soaking tub. The double vanity is custom designed for the homeowners storage needs and the new windows bring lots of natural light into this new space.

The primary bathroom continues the theme of refined comfort with a navy blue vanity accented by Lucite and brass hardware, adding a bold yet elegant contrast. Soft gold fixtures, hardware, and sconces complement the large porcelain wall tiles, which extend into the spacious angled shower for a seamless, luxurious effect. Matching floor tiles unify the space, while double sinks and mirrored medicine cabinets offer convenience and functionality without sacrificing style. The original bathtub was replaced by a shower with a low curb, a seat, and blocking for future grab bars. The matte tile on the shower floor is non-slip.

Green is the New Neutral We combined white oak in a natural finish with a neutral palette of green, cream, and taupe to create a minimal and tranquil primary bedroom. The end result is an easeful space that soothes and restores.
