Example of a transitional wood exterior home design in Nashville with a metal roof

Tellico Cabin

Transitional Exterior, Nashville

Craig Kronenberg used simple materials and forms to create this family compound. The use of stained siding, a stone base and a standing seam metal roof make this a low maintenance home. The house is located to focus all rooms on the river view. Photographs by Harlan Hambright.

Jeff, how often would you do a maintenance on that metal roof? The reason for me asking this is because of a roofing project that my uncle is wanting to get done by the end of this month. For me, it sure is something new because I have yet to build a metal roof. http://www.a1proroofing.ca/en/
