I had a great experience with Nate and Drinkwine Designs. He answered all the questions I had, completed the work on time, and was fairly priced. I would absolutely use them again and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking!

Nate provided a great solution for our somewhat complicated space! We converted the second floor of our Victorian home from a 4 bedroom, 1 bath to a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The master suite is practical, yet feels fancy! We also added an addition on the back of the first floor for an office and addition. We love the new space.

Nate was incredible! He took a mess of ideas, thoughts, concerns, and guardrails and turned them into a fantastic, classy, and practical (we could afford it!). We chose Nate because he spent our first meetings asking good questions, really listening, and then prompting us with 'are you thinking' prompts to help bring our ideas to light. Others jumped to contracting before they'd established a relationship, and that wasn't the case with Nate. He gave our builder what he needed, and our project is rocking and rolling. Thank you, Nate!

Nate was very professional and detailed. He was on schedule throughout the project. He kept meetings on track and made sure the whole team understood the plans for construction. Any changes that needed to be corrected were typed up with corresponding pictures.

Nate is a great architect. He works with lots of homeowners and brings a balance between practical and beautiful design. He understands evolving building codes and that home renovation is deeply personal. I've worked with Nate as a general contractor and as a customer and look forward to working with him in the years to come.

We first met with Nate to design an upstairs bathroom addition in our 1906 home. He was extremely easy to work with, very responsive and flexible with any changes we made. While we decided not to move forward with that project, we did use him again to design a basement remodel and bathroom addition. Again, he was wonderful to work with. We are planning to use him for a third time to design a kitchen addition. I highly recommend working with Nate.

Nate, and the amazing group of professionals with whom he works, helped us to open up our dark and boring entrance into a bright and welcoming space. He designed a hidden closet disguised by a bookshelf to utilize dead space to store our cleaning supplies (we love showing this to guests!). And made the suggestion that we lay our tiled floor on a diagonal to add a subtle touch of elegance to the hallway. Nate spent the time to listen to our ideas and visions for the space and he utilized his talent, skills and years of experience to design a space that we love; we couldn’t be happier with the way it all came together!
