We had the great pleasure and fortune to work with Evan and Ruby on the gut-reno of our new home on Long Island. What we had initially thought to be just a paint and bathroom/kitchen renovation turned out to be a total gut job, and if not for Evan and Ruby, we would’ve been utterly overwhelmed and lost. With their guidance and vision, they helped us completely transform our outdated 1950s home into a more functional and modern home. They helped us along the way with literally everything you can imagine (connecting us with their trusted vendors, and selecting/ordering all the materials, fixtures, tiles, etc.), and made this long/daunting process much easier and move along smoothly. On few occasions when we changed our minds and asked for changes, they could not have been more kind and gracious. What is obvious is that they are talented, knowledgeable and experienced professionals who are great at what they do, but to top it all off, they are also the most thoughtful, kind and patient human beings. Evan and Ruby – thank you again for all your dedication, thoughtfulness, and patience from start to finish!

Evan is by far the best architect we've ever work with. We just completed a 2 story addition to our home. Aside from his head-turner modern design, Evan was meticulous , patient and efficient throughout all phases of the construction. Most of all Evan is very responsible and accessible; usually returns calls within 12hrs of not immediate. We are extremely pleased and fortunate to have Evan design our house. We higly recommend Evan Chan; he's worth every penny.

My wife and I found Evan via Houzz. She really likes his portfolio showing online. We decided to work with his team mainly because of his attention to details and the ability to work around limited budget proposal. During the project, he's been very patient with our endless questions and some design changes. Evan provided kitchen design, bathroom design and color + layout consultations for the entire space. More importantly, his local experience truly helps us to source materials within reasonable price range. We also very appreciate the work quality from the general contractor he's been working with. The project started May and ended right after July 4th weekend. Overall experience and relationship have been very pleasant.
