We are just finishing up construction of our home designed by Janet and her team. It is everything we dreamed of and more. We hired Janet to design our new Home and she did an outstanding job. She listened to what we wanted and even incorporated some challenging design elements. She helped us to come up with a plan that was different than what a lot of others were doing and something we consistently receive compliments on. As a Designer, she is very skilled and easy to work with. It was obvious when we looked at the first draft, that she was right on target and had included what we had asked for. Her final design incorporated all of the electrical, plumbing, interior and exterior elevations. The details of her plan even included cabinetry, which further simplified the process with that vendor. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in designing their own Home.

I had a wonderful experience working with Hobbs' Ink. I was originally drawn to them for their beautiful and extremely talented work. Janet and Hobbs Ink did all the design work for our home renovation and addition project. We took a 1979 home that had seen light interior renovations, and added an additional 1100 square feet of children's bedrooms, bathroom, and playroom, added a covered patio, and renovated the kitchen/dining areas (involved knocking down walls, moving all appliances, redoing closets and pantries in new locations, etc). Janet and her team were great to work with. They really helped guide my wife and I in our decision making process and presented both great ideas and helped us refine our own. They worked closely with our selected contractor/builder and trades to make sure we were making economical and practical improvements and decisions. Janet has a great eye, and asked smart questions, listened carefully, and came up with great ideas. Janet's team was also great, very responsive. We have now lived in our home for nearly a year, and we are so happy with it - we comment on this almost every day! We really appreciated all the work Janet and team did to get us here!
