All staff at Cast Supply are very helpful, courteous, energetic and passionate about bricks. Since brick has fallen out of fashion in residential design I was at a loss as to where to begin. Fraser Powell was incredibly helpful and very prompt in responding to any questions that I had. He met with me on a Saturday (as I could not make it during regular business hours) and made sure we got samples of brick to take home to study. He followed up our meeting by emailing me examples of homes with the bricks that we had favoured. He gracefully recommended the types of brick that would suit our contemporary home and also provided us with a list of masons who could provide estimates for us. I am still in the arduous process of finalizing construction drawings but I feel confident that any further questions that pop up will be handled with professionalism and eagerness.
