We were looking for a back splash tile for our kitchen renovation and had experienced poor customer service at other tile stores. Our countertop retailer (Stone Surfaces) recommended we try M2. We received great customer service from Sonia at M2 Tile & stone. She even helped us calculate the amount of tile we needed during a busy Saturday afternoon! I am also very happy we went with her suggestion for the grout colour. Great price as well and beautiful showroom. Thank you M2!

What a fantastic showroom and service we received from John and his team at the M2 Tile and Stone! For the last two months we have been looking all over town for tiles for our bathroom, Kitchen and Hallway without much success. But when we walked into M2 and were greeted by John, our search was over. He intently listened to understand what look we were going for and then took us around to show all the great options they had available for us. I could not believe that we walked out that day with all the tiles selected. And true to his words, tiles were delivered at our house as promised. Thank you John and M2 team!

We have bought all the tile for our kitchen here and are so happy with the quality of products. The showroom feels like a gallery where you can really see the tile selections without feeling over crowded and overwhelmed. The service was amazing and our experience here was the easiest part of our kitchen renovation. We are returning soon for our wine room and quartz wall soon!
